Chapter 1 Introduction
The saddess show on television is not a drama but rather a half-hour animated comedy. Bojack Horseman was the best show of 2014. I believe that it could even keep the top spot in 2015. The animate series takes place in aversion of Hollywood inhabited by both human-like animals.
We rarely see such a deep and complex character in TV cartoons. His personality is full of incurable flaws, some of which are so familiar that many people claim to have found their shadow in BoJack. These flaws made him a thoroughly "slag man". Diane said in his autobiography: "He is so clever that he can see all the failures and mistakes in his life, but he never wants to take the steps to solve them." But even if he did so many bad things, he still won us forgiveness and even compassion. This is partly because of his sober understanding of his guilt , and because of the shadow of his childhood-tragic experiences that seem to justify everything he does.
Freud's personality theory is mainly used in psychoanalysis. It is also applied to the character analysis of the characters in the film and television works. By applying this theory, we can fundamentally discover the causes of character formation. And he gets to know yourself more clearly, which has great practical significance. I use this theory to analyze BoJack Horseman, who was born in an unhappy family, as his mother said, "Born to be broken." In order to write his autobiography, Diane repeatedly visited his childhood and his parents. When Bojack finally was ready to talk, he described his parents as: "They drink alcohol." My father was a failed novelist, my mother was the daughter of the sugar band Sugarman, but my father hated her. He used to let me cry with him when he listened to Bohr's record. He asked me to build my own tree house and destroy it when I went to summer camp, because I didn't use a passionate Christian nail, but a screw that he called a fancy Jewish nail.
This narrative points to a deep-rooted contradiction in the broken family, which is his father's career failure. The father's failure has a great impact on Bojack. His anxiety disorder and narcissistic personality are largely rooted in a deep fear of career failure. The contradiction between parents is extremely fierce. The father cheated on her secretary and went home and got into an endless quarrel with his mother. Bojack grew up in the sound of their cursing and smashing furniture. The failure of marriage to the parents of BoJack extremely disappointed, they do not want to foster the crystallization of the marriage, even the responsibility of their own failure to push the BoJack`s body.
Therefore, the study of BoJack`s Personality in light of Freud`s Personality They has important significance:
(1) we can know character image more deeply. (2) By study this character, everyone can see their shadow from BoJack, who also can get a better understanding of ourselves. (3) His tragedy stems from his unfortunate childhood. It also has practical significance for children's education.
1.1 Freud's personality theory studies in China.
Lin Jing published a journal the revelation of Freud's theory of personality development to health education (2001), which was a masterpiece of the study of the influence which children were in childhood. Freud's theory of personality development breeds a wealth of mental health education ideas. This paper briefly expounds Freud's theory of personality development, and probes into its positive revelation to children's mental health education: first, to optimize the initial environment of personality construction; Secondly, to establish healthy psychological defense mechanism; third, advocate children's games, pay attention to emotional guidance.
1.2Bojack horseman studies abroad
Bojack horseman: the saddest comedy about a horse (2015) by Lan Phillips. The saddest show on television is not a drama but rather a half-hour animated comedy. Bojack horseman was the best show of 2014. I believe that it could even keep the top spot in 2015. Despite plenty of competition. The animate series takes place in aversion of Hollywood inhabited by both human-like animals. Bojack is a horse who was also the star of a 1990s sitcom Horsin` Around. Now, bojack is a tired, drunk has-been who lives in a big empty mansion with no one but Todd who calls bojack `s couch home.
After his memoir, ghost -written by Diane becomes a hit, Bojack is once again in the public spotlight and now trying for his dream role as secretariat. Thus, season two starts with a more positive feeling. For anybody wo has eve like the idea of animals acting like humans. Then Bojack would be like if animals acted like humans.
