自信心团体辅导对初一学生学业成绩的影响研究 A Study on the Influence of Self-confidence Group Counseling on the Academic Achievement of Grade Seven Students 摘 要 目前,关于自信的研究主要集中在大学生和幼儿,关于初中生的研究相对较少。初一学生正在小升初的转型时期,他们的心理和生理都在发生变化。人们常说自信是成功的一半,很多时候自信是走向成功必不可少的东西,无论是学习还是生活,它都起了重要作用。本文试探索初一学生的自信心水平如何?设置怎样的团体辅导方案可以有效地提高初一学生的自信心?以自信心团体辅导的方式是否可以提高初一学生的学业成绩?这都将是本文探索的问题。 初一学生的自信心水平调查研究。采用罗鸿编制的《中学生自信问卷》调查某校初中一年级学生的自信心水平,运用SPSS21.0对问卷进行数据统计分析。 自信心团体辅导对初一学生学业成绩的干预研究。本研究采用前测-后测对比实验法。结合研究一的结果,并对学生本人进行访谈和对老师进行走访,筛选出了24名自信心水平处于中等或中等以下的同学进行本次实验,并随机将其分为两组,一组为实验组,一组为对照组。实验组和对照组需要填写《中学生自信心问卷》,对这两组进行同质性检验。此时获取实验组和对照组的期中考试成绩,实验组进行自信心团体辅导,同一时间对照组观看可以提升自信励志类型的电影。在实验结束之后,对实验组和对照组进行后测,获取期末考试成绩,对结果进行数据统计分析,并对实验组的学生进行访谈,得到实验后的反馈结果。 本研究得到以下结论: 1.全体被试的自信总分略高于中数,自信心处于中等偏上的水平,自信心维度水平大多高于或略高于中数。自信心各维度水平从高到低,依次为品德自信、整体自信、人际自信、学业自信、外表自信、能力自信。 2.自信心团体辅导可以提高初一学生的自信心水平,自信心辅导方案有效。 3.自信心团体辅导可以提高初一学生的学业成绩。 关键词:自信心;团体辅导;初一学生;学业成绩 IV Abstract Up to now, the researches on self-confidence mainly concentrate on college students and young children, on the contrary, the relatively researches on junior high school students are fewer.Grade seven students are under the transition from primary school to secondary school, at the same time heir psychology and physiology are at the period of changing. It is often said that if someone has self-confidence they already got the half of success.In many cases,self-confidence is indispensable to success. It plays an important role in both study and life. This essay will discuss three questions, which the level of self-confidence of grade seven students is? What kind of group counseling programs can effectively improve the self-confidence of students in grade seven? Can group counseling improve students' academic performance? Study one, a survey on the level of self-confidence of students in grade seven. The"middle school students' confidence questionnaire"compiled by Luo Hong was used to investigate the confidence level of the first grade students in a junior middle school, and SPSS21.0 was used for statistical analysis of the questionnaire data. Study two, the intervention of group counseling on the academic performance of grade seven students. The study used the pre-test and post-test comparison experiment method. Based on the results of study one, interviewed with students and teachers, then 24 students with moderate or lower confidence level were selected for this experiment, and they were randomly divided into two groups, one was the experimental group and the other was the control group. The experimental group and control group need to fill in the"middle school students self-confidence questionnaire", and then do the homogeneity test to these two groups. Meanwhile, the mid-term examination results of the experimental group and the control group were obtained. The experimental group received group counseling on self-confidence. At the same time, the control group watched films which could improve self-confidence and inspire people. After the end of the experiment, the experimental group and the control group were posttested to obtain the final examination results. The results were statistically analyzed and the students in the experimental group were interviewed to obtain the feedback results after the experiment. The results of this study get following results: 1.The total score of confidence of all subjects is slightly higher than the median, and the level of confidence is above the median. The level of confidence dimension is mostly higher than or slightly higher than the median. From high to low, the levels of self-confidence are moral confidence, overall confidence, interpersonal confidence, academic confidence, appearance confidence and ability confidence. 2.Self-confidence group counseling can improve the level of self-confidence of students in grade seven. 3.Self-confidence group counseling can improve the academic performance of grade seven students.
