XX县审计局局长离任责任审计述职报告 　 XX县审计局局长离任责任审计述职报告 　我于XXX年7月-XX年9月担担任XXX局长，XX年111月因工作需要调任XXXX局长。根据领导干部任任期经济责任审计实施方法法的要求及县审计局文件精精神，现将本人任期内的工工作情况汇报如下： 　XX、XX年全市、全省小小煤矿安全管理现场会在我我县召开，推广了我们的成成功经验，兄弟县区先后莅莅临我县参观学习。XX年年荣获县政府安全生产先进进单位， XX年被xx省省煤炭局评为安全管理工作作先进单位，XX年被咸阳阳煤矿安全监察分局评为安安全生产管理工作先进单位位。XX-XX年连续三年年被县委、县政府评为目标标管理先进个人。 　一、抓好班子，，带好队伍，树立机关良好好形象 　一是加强组织建设设。我从上任开始，就注重重班子建设，在局班子自身身建设上通过落实各项管理理制度，对局班子成员的思思想、作风、纪律进行了全全方位约束。同时改良领导导方法，引导大家不断加强强学习，努力提高领导艺术术和领导水平，进一步增强强班子的凝聚力和战斗力。。在中层干部建设上我以机机构改革为契机，调整科室室人员使其知识结构、专业业结构得到最大的优化，大大大提高了中层干部的整体体水平和素质。在一般干部部调整上，我尽力做到促进进人员合理流动，实现人力力资源的优化配置，通过坚坚持不懈的加强班子和队伍伍建设，为全县煤炭事业的的开展提供了强有力的组织织保障。二是加强作风建设设。在全局开展“给一张笑笑脸、递一杯热茶、做一件件实事、保一份满意〞的““四个一〞活动，严格遵守守社会公德和公务员行为规标准，提速工作过程，提高高工作质量，做到随到随办办、急事急办、特事特办，，局班子以身作那么和优良的的工作作风，为全局工作人人员树立了典范，工作上一一呼百应，力争上游，形成成了勇于创新、争创一流的的团队精神。三是加强行业业管理。充分发挥指导、管管理、监督、协调、效劳作作用，促进了煤炭企业的安安全和谐开展。四是强化基根底设施建设。任期内，改改善了办公环境，装修了办办公室，购置了办公桌椅，，添置了，购置了小车车，固定资产得以增值，树树立了较好的机关形象。 　二、标准执法，理顺管理理，促进煤炭工业健康开展展 　为标准执法，我坚持从从根底抓起，逐步推进标准范管理和行政执法工作。一一是加强法律法规清理，明明确执法依据。将行政许可可、行政处分的事项、标准准、依据等以及各股室的主主要职责、办事内容和程序序、效劳承诺等内容进行了了公布，简化办事程序，提提高行政效率，接受群众监监督。二是强化培训，提高高素质。按照要求，安排组组织专业人员参加了执法学学习培训，执法人员均办理理了行政执法证；三是是加强学习，标准执法行为为。利用每周五学习时间，，认真组织机关干部学习行政许可法、行政处处分法等相关法律法规。。通过自学和辅导相结合的的方式，提高了执法者的素素质，标准执法行为，在执执法过程中坚持文明执法，，亮证执法。我任期内未发发生一起因安全执法引起的的社会矛盾和纠纷。 　三、、廉洁自律，标准守纪，互互融共进勤政廉政 　在加强强勤政廉洁建设中，我始终终坚持了三个观点：一是坚坚持党风廉政建设与安全工工作的统一性。从本质上认认识党风廉政建设与对煤矿矿安全工作的促进，从而增增强党风廉政建设的自觉性性；二是增强党风廉政建设设与履行职责的互融共进性性。把党风廉政建设作为履履行职责的根本保证和重要要根底，要求班子成员和干干部职工在履行职务和职责责过程中自觉严于律已，维维护党风、政风、行风的纯纯洁；三是坚持党风廉政建建设与工作实际的关联性。。加强党风廉政建设的根本本目的是为了标准“两权〞〞运行。 　在整体工作部署署上，我始终把党风廉政建建设当作全局工作上的一个个重要环节、一同部署、一 　回忆任职以来的履履职经历，我感到既充实，，又欣慰，我和全体同志们们一起并肩战斗，不仅增进进了了解，沟通了思想，建建立了友谊，获得了许多良良师益友，也获得了许多的的启示，工作能力也得到一一定提高。概括起来有两点点启示：一是靠信念成就事事业。刚上任就感到担子重重，压力大，矛盾多，困难难大，但我坚信有组织的正正确领导，班子的精诚团结结，可以说，信念让我成就就了一些事情，而在事业推推进的过程中又进一步坚决定了信念，磨练了意志；二二是靠工作统一思想。我深深切感到，我在工作上做出出的一些决策，从机构改革革到机关管理和日常工作，，存在一些正常的工作分歧歧，方方面面也有一些不同同意见，但我及班子成员并并没有把精力耗在无谓的争争议上，而是在工作实践中中逐步加深认识，增强了解解，最终到达共识，把各方方面的积极性、创造性凝聚聚到一起，有力推动了各项项工作健康稳步开展。 　quality.
