英文租房合同范本一:
Mrs. Ghazala Waheed w/ Abdul Waheed, Adult, R/ Huse N.-, DHA, Lahre Cantt,(hereinafter t as the LESSR f the NE PART).
And
Mr.,R/ China, refereed t as the LESSEE f the THER PART.(Epressin “LESSR”
and “LESSEE” wherever the cntet s permit shall always mean and include their respective heirs, successrs legal representative and assignees).
WHEREAS the LESSR is the lawful wner and in lawful pssessin f Huse N,-,DHA,
nsisting f 4 Bedrms with bath, D/D,TV; Lunge, Kitchen, Stre, Servant, Quarter tgether with fitures and fitting (hereinafter cllectively called the DEMISED PREMISES).
AND WHEREAS the LESSR has agreed the lease and the LESSEE has agreed t take n lease the DEMISED PREMISES n the terms and cnditin as given belw:-
1. This agreement in nly valid if LESSEE is renewed and etended fr the lease perid.
2. The LESSR lets LESSEE takes the DEMISSED PREMISES fr a perid f 12 encing frm 15th January 2021年. The Lease is renewable fr a further perid as may be mutually agreed in writing n epiry f the lease perid
3. The rent f the DEMISED PREMISES shall be USD3,300/-(US dllars Three Thusand and Three hundred nly) per mnth
4. The LESSR hereby acknwledges receipt f the sum f USD.19,800/-(US dllars Nineteen Thusand and eight Hundred nly) per mnth.
5. It is hereby agreed between the parties that the LESSEE shall pay the afresaid mnthly rent
USD.3,300/-(US dllars Three Thusand and Three hundred nly) as the mnthly rental advance by 20th f each calendar mnth fr which if is due after cmpletin f advance rent perid ending n 15th July 2021年.
6. That the LESSR hereby acknwledges receipt f the sum f Rs.60,000/-(Rupees Sity Thusand nly) frm the LESSEE as FIED EDPSIT SECURITY which shall be refunded t the LESSEE n giving back the vacant pssessin f the DEMISED PREMISES after deductin f damages/shrtages utstanding bills fr Electricity, Water, Gas and Telephne charges etc, against the DEMISED PREMISES.
THE NVENANTS WITH LESSR AS FLLWING:
1. T pay t the LESSR the rent hereby reserved in the manner befre mentined.
2. That the LESSEE shall nt at any time during the terms, withut the cnsent in writing f the LESSR, pull dwn, damages r make any structure alteratins t the DEMISED PREMESES prvided always, the LESSEE shall have g write install any fitures and fittings ecluding air-cnditiners in the DEMISED PREMESES, t detach and repssess the same subject t the restratin f the DEMISED PREMESES t their riginal state at his cst (reasnable wear and tear ecepted) n the epiry f this lease r any renewal heref.
3. T use the DEMISES PREMISES fr residen
tial purpse and wuld nt be used fr a cmmercial purpse the DEMISES PREMISE wuld nt be used ccupied by Mr.
And family.
4. Nt t sublet the whle r any part f the premises.
5. T pay regularly the bills fr Electricity, Gas, Water and Telephne charges in respect f the DEMISED PREMISES. A cpy f all the paid utility bill be frwarded t the LESSR every three mnth regularly. In case f discnnectin f any facility due t nn-payment, LESSEE will be respnsible t get them restred and pay the same. All dues must be cleared befre the epiry f the LEASE.
6. The LESSEE shall keep and maintain the said premises in gnditins during the tenure f the lease.
THE NVENANTS WITH THE LESSEE AS FLLWING:-
1. T pay all eisting and future rate, taes assessments and ther charges f a public nature whether impse by the Municipality, Gvernment r any ther authrity in respect f DEMISED PREMISES.
2. Nt t erect r set up a building r structure n the DEMISES PREMISES nr t add t any eisting building r structure during the perid f lease r any renewal withut the written cnsent f the LESSEE.
IT IS HEREBY DECLEAR AND MUTURALLY AGREED BETWEEN THE LESSR AND LESSEE ANS FLLWING:=
1. The LESSEE and the LESSR shall have the right and ptin t terminate this Lease at any time nly after the epiry f the lease perid i.e.,24 mnths, prvided they give NE (1) mnth ntice in advance t either f the parties.
2. The meter reading f varius utilities are as given belw:-
