台风管理要求及处理预案
目的
确保在台风/热带风暴期间酒店员工及宾客的人身、财产平安;确保酒店的财产损失减少到最低程度;确保酒店的经营管理运行顺畅。

适用范围
This standard specifies the duties, anti typhoon work requirements, record and report, check.
本标准规定了防台风的职责、工作要求、记录与报告、检查。
This standard is applicable to the hotel on the tropical cyclone (including tropical storm) each working
arrangement, on the tropical low pressure only as a generalstorm for preventive work.
本标准适用于酒店对热带风暴以上(包括热带风暴)的各项工作安排,对热带低压只作为一般的暴风雨进行相应的预防工作。
C, a typhoon / tropical storm duties
预防台风/热带风暴职责

由酒店总经理负责酒店在台风/热带风暴期间对酒店各部门的全面调度工作,行使预防、抢险工作的组织、协调职能。

总经办全面负责台风期间各项工作布置,并催促落实防台风方案中的细节要求;

各部门负责人要积极安排好预防工作,在台风来临前将所管辖区域的物品、设施采取有效的防护措施,并催促员工在台风期间提高警惕和加强平安意识,既要保护酒店财产平安又要注意自身生命平安,尤其是抢险人员在工作中应特别注意平安,加强抢修时的平安防范意识与措施。

工作要求
每年预防台风的时间,根据当地气象局统计,从每年6月10日起至10月30日止。区防汛办值班 :5722151;区建设局值班 :5722244。省气象局( :65335534)保持联系,及时对台风、雷雨动向报告给防台风领导小组。

台风前的物资准备工作:

保安部在台风季节来临前需准备适量的防风物资以备紧急临时使用。各部门根据本部门的预防需要提出相应的预防物资准备报告,并交由保安部汇总后,根据实际情况购置相应的编织袋(装沙用)、封口胶、雨衣、雨靴、平安帽、应急灯/手电、锄头、铲等防护用品,做到有备无患。
