专题与综述-178-关于小管密封法测定土壤有机质的研究郑梦华(华寰检测技术有限公司,上海201803)摘要:为研究小管密封法测定土壤有机质的可行性,以及不同消解温度及时间条件下测定的有效性,分别采用不同的时间和温度对土壤有机质样品进行小管密封消解,测定其有机质含量。结果表明:采用小管密封法在一定温度及时间条件下,对土壤有机质质控样品进行消解,所测得的含量能够符合质控证书要求,不同含量的土壤实际样品在170℃、30min的消解条件下,结果都逐渐趋于平衡,且与油浴锅消解测得的含量值之间的绝对相差符合NY/T1121.6-2006中精密度的要求,由此可见,小管密封法替代油浴锅的加热消解具有可行性,使用小管法加热消解极大地增强了有机质测定实验的安全性、提高了实验的测定效率、降低了实验的操作难度,值得相关人员进行研究和探讨。关键词:土壤有机质;小管密封法;温度;时间中图分类号:TS5文献标志码:ADOI:10.20025/j.cnki.CN10-1679.2023-02-61StudyonDeterminationofSoilOrganicMatterbySmall-ScaleSealed-tubeMethodZhengMenghua(HuahuanTestingTechnologyCo.,Ltd.,Shanghai201803,China)Abstract:ThepresentpaperisinclinedtoreportthefeasibilityofdeterminationofSOMbySmall-scalesealed-tubemethodandthevalidityofdeterminationatdifferentdigestiontemperaturesandtime,DeterminationoftheorganicmattercontentofSOMsamplesweredigestedbySmall-scalesealed-tubemethodatdifferenttimesandtemperatures.TheresultsshowedthatthecontentofSOMmeasuredbySmall-scalesealed-tubemethodundercertaintemperatureandtimeconditionsisinaccordancewiththequalitycontrolcertificate.Theresultsoftheactualsamplesofsoilwithdifferentcontentsofcontentgraduallystabilisedunderthedigestionconditionsat170℃for30min.AndtheabsolutedifferencebetweenthecontentvaluemeasuredbyoilbathsisinaccordancewiththeprecisionrequirementsofNY/T1121.6-2006.ItcanbeseenthatitisfeasibletousetheSmall-scalesealed-tubemethodinsteadoftheoilbath.TheuseoftheSmall-scalesealed-tubemethodgreatlyenhancesthesafetyoforganicmatterdeterminationexperiments,improvestheefficiencyoftheexperimentaldetermination,reducesthedifficultyoftheexperimentalpersonneltooperatetheexperiment,andisworthstudyinganddiscussing.Keywords:soi...
