第42卷第02期(2023-02)油气田地面工程https://yqtd.cbpt.cnki.net水处理与注水工程胍胶压裂返排液回注处理技术研究与应用秦金霞新疆油田公司工程技术研究院摘要:随着体积压裂的大规模应用,压裂返排液的处理也成为油田亟待解决的问题。压裂返排液成分复杂,添加剂多,其中稠化剂-胍胶的处理成为返排液处理的关键。选取新疆油田压裂返排液样品,通过对水质、SEM电镜表观、元素及相对分子质量变化进行分析,对比确定了胍胶破胶前后的结构变化情况;通过对胍胶体系压裂返排液的微观分析,得出了胍胶在返排液中的稳定机理及处理方向。基于胍胶的微观分析及特性认识,开展返排液处理室内实验,取得了良好效果,进而在新疆油田开展了中试试验,处理后水质达到注水指标。新疆油田某采油厂应用了返排液回注处理技术后水质含油浓度≤5mg/L、悬浮物浓度≤8mg/L,实现了返排液的循环利用和回注处理效益最大化。关键词:压裂返排液;胍胶;微观分析;稳定机理;回注ResearchandApplicationoftheReinjectionTreatmentTechnologyofGuanidineGumFracturingFlowbackFluidQINJinxiaEngineeringTechnologyResearchInstituteofXinjiangOilfieldCompanyAbstract:Withthelarge-scaleapplicationofvolumefracturing,thetreatmentoffracturingflowbackfluidhasalsobecomeanurgentproblemforoilfields.Thecompositionoffracturingflowbackfluidiscomplex,andtherearemanyadditives.Thetreatmentofthickeningagent-guanidinegumbecomesthecruxofthetreatmentoffracturingflowbackfluid.SamplesoffracturingflowbackfluidfromXinjiangOilfieldareselected.Throughtheanalysisofwaterquality,SEMappearance,element,andrelativemolecularweightchanges,thestructuralchangesofguanidinegumbeforeandafterbreakingarecom-paredanddetermined.Thestabilitymechanismandtreatmentdirectionofguanidineguminfracturingflowbackfluidareobtainedthroughmicroscopicanalysisoffracturingflowbackfluidofguanidinegumsystem.Basedonthemicrocosmicanalysisandcharacteristicunderstandingofguanidinegum,laborato-rytestsonthetreatmentofflowbackliquidhavebeencarriedout,andgoodresultshavebeenachieved.ThenapilottestiscarriedoutinXinjiangOilfield,andthewaterqualityaftertreatmentreachesthewaterinjectionindexes.Thereinjectiontreatmenttechnologyofflowback...
