第42卷第02期(2023-02)油气田地面工程https://yqtd.cbpt.cnki.net行业论坛胍胶压裂返排液循环配制过程中残余硼控制技术研究*同霄李岩席佳欣邱奇长庆油田分公司油气工艺研究院·低渗透油气田勘探开发国家工程实验室摘要:胍胶压裂液是目前油气田开发应用最为广泛的压裂液体系之一,返排液中存在一定量的残余交联剂,在重复配液过程中会出现提前交联的问题,因此开展了丙三醇、乙二醇、甘露醇、木糖醇等多羟基化合物对返排液中残余硼的掩蔽实验。实验结果表明:采用与硼摩尔比为2∶1的甘露醇作为掩蔽剂,可降低提前交联的不良影响。针对压裂返排液的水质特点和回用指标,采用“絮凝沉淀+离子控制+两级过滤”为主的胍胶压裂返排液处理工艺,处理后悬浮物去除率95.6%、钙镁离子去除率72.6%、硼去除率71.5%,压裂返排液处理后直接配制胍胶压裂液,未出现提前交联的情况,与清水配制的胍胶压裂液相比,耐温、耐剪切性能满足现场施工的要求。关键词:压裂返排液;胍胶;多羟基化合物;残余硼;掩蔽StudyonResidualBoronControlTechnologyintheCirculatingPreparationofGuani⁃dineGumFracturingFlowbackFluidTONGXiao,LIYan,XIJiaxin,QIUQiOilandGasTechnologyResearchInstituteofChangqingOilfieldCompany·NationalEngineeringLaboratoryforExplorationandDevelopmentofLow-permeabilityOilandGasFieldAbstract:Guanidinegumfracturingfluidisoneofthemostwidelyusedfracturingfluidsystemsinoilandgasfielddevelopment.Thereisacertainamountofresidualcrosslinkingagentintheflowbackliq-uid,whichwillcausetheproblemofcrosslinkinginadvanceintheprocessofcirculatingpreparation,sothemaskingexperimentofresidualboroninflowbackliquidbypolyhydroxycompoundssuchasglycer-ol,ethyleneglycol,mannitol,andxylitoliscarriedout.Theexperimentresultsshowthatmannitolwithmolarratioof2:1toboroncanbeusedasthemaskingagenttoreducetheadverseeffectofadvancedcrosslinking.Accordingtothewaterqualitycharacteristicsandreuseindexesoffracturingflowbackfluid,theguanidinegumfracturingflowbackfluidtreatmentprocesscenteredon“flocculationsedimentation+ioncontrol+two-stagefiltration”hasbeenused.Aftertreatment,theremovalratesofsuspendedsolids,calciumandmagnesiumions,andboronare95.6%,72.6%and71.5%respectively.T...
