第18卷增刊2地下空间与工程学报Vol.182022年12月ChineseJournalofUndergroundSpaceandEngineeringDec.2022机械化非开挖管道原位破除更新工法研究与应用苏明浩,李洋,甘雨(中铁工程装备集团有限公司地下空间设计研究院,河南郑州,450016)摘要:针对城市老旧管道的全结构更新问题,提出机械化非开挖的管道原位破除更新的新工法(PBR工法)。基于管道原位破除更新工法的基本原理,研制了专用配套设备,通过现场试验分析了PBR工法及新设备的适用性。结果表明:PBR工法及新设备能够有效解决管道更新难题,对旧管道原位破除的同时,采用顶进的方式更换新管道,形成了集管道淤渣清理、原位扩容更新、保通不截流功能于一体的集成化掘进机系统;掘进过程中,刀盘推力为750~1050kN,扭矩为7~22kN·m,推力及扭矩波动较小,掘进过程较为稳定。管道破除更新工法及专用设备的成功研发,为市政老旧破损管道的非开挖更新提供了新的解决方案。关键词:非开挖;管道更新;扩容更新;机械化;原位破除中图分类号:U94文献标识码:A文章编号:1673-0836(2022)增2-0767-05ResearchandApplicationofIn-SituBreak-and-ReplaceMethodofMechanizedTrenchlessPipelineSuMinghao,LiYang,GanYu(UndergroundSpaceResearchandDesignInstitute,ChinaRailwayEngineeringEquipmentGroupCo.,Ltd.,Zhengzhou450016,P.R.China)Abstract:Inordertosolvetheproblemofrenewingthewholestructureoftheoldpipeline,thispaperproposesanewconstructionmethodformechanizednon-excavationpipelinesin-situbreak-and-replacemethod(PBRconstructionmethod).BasedonthebasicprinciplesofthePBRconstructionmethod,thispaperhasdevelopedsupportingspecialequipment,andanalyzedtheapplicabilityofthePBRconstructionmethodandthenewequipmentthroughfieldtests.Theresultsshowthat:ThePBRconstructionmethodandnewequipmentcaneffectivelysolvetheproblemofpipelinerenewal.Whiletheoldpipelinecanbedestroyedinsitu,thenewpipelinecanbereplacedbyjacking,formingacollectionofpipelinesludgecleaning,in-situexpansionandrenewal,andprotectionandnon-closurefunctionsinoneintegratedroadheadersystem.Duringthetunnelingprocess,thecutterheadthrustis750~1050kN,thetorqueis7~22kN·m,thethrustandtorquefluctuationsaresmall,andthetunnelingprocessisrelativelystable.ThesuccessfuldevelopmentofthePBRmethodandits...
