2023·02技术应用与研究144ModernChemicalResearch当代化工研究2023·02技术应用与研究144ModernChemicalResearch当代化工研究核级离心萃取器布置方案探讨*王兴旺牟勇胜(中国核电工程有限公司北京100180)摘要:根据放射性料液分离工艺流程分别设计了离心萃取器布置在热室和设备室的两种厂房布置方案。从热室及设备室的布置形式、人流物流以及人员操作等方面,对布置方案进行深入分析。由于离心萃取器的自身尺寸及布置要求,热室方案与设备室方案均采用高低位布置方式,离心萃取器的料液输送路径更加通畅,试剂管道布置更加符合工艺流程操作要求,同时可以避免大量结构空间的出现,节约建筑面积。设备室方案可通过调整盖板布置避免传动轴过长,从建造费用以及检修操作便利性的角度出发,当萃取流程级数较少时或采用单台多级离心萃取器设置离心萃取器数量较少时,设备布置可优先考虑设备室布置方案。当萃取级数较多设置离心萃取器数量较多时,设备布置可优先考虑热室方案。关键词:核级离心萃取器;后处理;热室;厂房布置中图分类号:TL文献标识码:ADiscussiononLayoutSchemeofSingleStageCentrifugalExtractorWangXingwang,MouYongsheng(ChinaNuclearPowerEngineeringCo.,Ltd.,Beijing,100180)Abstract:Accordingtotheseparationprocessofhighdischargewasteliquid,twoplantlayoutschemesofcentrifugalextractorinhotroomandequipmentroomweredesignedrespectively.Afterin-depthanalysisofthelayoutschemeofthehotchamberandequipmentroom,theflowofpeo-pleandlogistics,andtheoperationofpersonnel,itisdeterminedthatduetothesizeandlayoutrequirementsofcentrifugalextractor,boththehotchamberschemeandequipmentroomschemeadopthigh-lowlayoutmode.Thematerialandliquidconveyingpathofthecentrifugalextractorismoresmooth,andthereagentpipelinearrangementismoreinlinewiththeoperationrequirementsofthetechnologicalprocess.Atthesametime,itcanavoidtheemergenceofalargenumberofstructuralspaceandsavethebuildingarea.Theequipmentroomschemecanavoidthedriveshaftbeingtoolongbyadjustingthecoverplatearrangement.Fromtheperspectiveofconstructioncostandmaintenanceoperationconvenience,whenthenumberofextractionprocessstagesissmallorthenumberofcentrifugalextractorissmallbyusingasinglemultistagecentrifugalextract...
