•研究论文•doi:10.16801/j.issn.1008-7303.2022.0124环戊噁草酮对直播稻田杂草的室内活性及田间防效评价邢雨诚1,许锦程2,万永乐2,孙倩倩2,项晶2,毕亚玲*,1(1.安徽科技学院农学院,安徽凤阳233100;2.安徽科技学院资源与环境学院,安徽凤阳233100)摘要:为探究环戊噁草酮在直播稻田的科学使用技术,通过室内生物测定,明确了环戊噁草酮的杀草谱、生物活性及对8个主栽水稻品种的安全性,并验证了其在田间的防除效果。室内除草活性测定结果表明,在有效成分225g/hm2剂量下,环戊噁草酮对牛筋草Eleusineindica、异型莎草Cyperusdifformis、鳢肠Ecliptaprostrata、香附子Cyperusrotundus及碎米莎草Cyperusiria5种杂草的鲜重抑制率均可达90%以上,对直播稻田常见杂草稗草、马唐、鳢肠及碎米莎草的GR50值(有效成分,余同)在82.15~189.17g/hm2之间。安全性测定结果表明,在有效成分1800g/hm2剂量下,环戊噁草酮对8种供试水稻品种安全,株高抑制率为1.89%~5.16%,鲜重抑制率介于1.47%~4.14%之间。环戊噁草酮在隆两优华占、梓两优5号、南粳9108、南粳46这4种水稻与稗草Echinochloacrus-galli、马唐Digitariasanguinalis、鳢肠、碎米莎草4种杂草间的选择性指数在3.27~28.24之间,其中在水稻与鳢肠、碎米莎草之间的选择性指数明显高于对照药剂噁草酮。田间防效数据表明:在有效成分450g/hm2剂量下,药后45d,环戊噁草酮对直播稻田杂草的鲜重防效可达87.94%。研究表明,环戊噁草酮在直播稻田具有良好的应用前景。关键词:环戊噁草酮;直播稻田;杂草;除草活性;安全性;防除效果中图分类号:S482.4;TQ450.21文献标志码:AEvaluationoflaboratorybioactivityandfieldefficacyofpentoxazoneonweedsindirect-seedingricefieldsXINGYucheng1,XUJincheng2,WANYongle2,SUNQianqian2,XIANGJing2,BIYaling*,1(1.CollegeofAgriculture,AnhuiScienceandTechnologyUniversity,Fengyang233100,AnhuiProvince,China;2.CollegeofResourceandEnvironment,AnhuiScienceandTechnologyUniversity,Fengyang233100,AnhuiProvince,China)Abstract:Inordertoexploretheapplicationtechnologyofpentoxazoneindirect-seedingricefields,thecontrolspectrum,biologicalactivity,andsafetyofpentoxazonetoeightvarietiesofriceweredeterminedinthegreenhouse,anditscontrolefficacyinthefieldwasverified.Theresultsshowedthatwhenthedoseoftheactiveingredientwas225g/hm2,theinhibitio...
