In daily production, the management effect of working capital is closely related to the development of enterprises. The status of working capital in the enterprise is not trivial, its importance can be related to the whole enterprise's life and death, involving all aspects of the enterprise. In the management of enterprise, is a very important financial management of working capital resources, the rationality of the enterprise's working capital is the normal activities, whether it can also indirectly affect the productivity of enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprises has been in the process of production, not only confined to the development of productive forces, also began to look into on satisfied people's need of the comprehensive diversity, can also according to the requirement of the people are different, use targeted services, with one-on-one service to make people achieve satisfactory results. Small and medium-sized enterprises are very important in promoting scientific and technological innovation, personnel training and maintaining social stability. The rapid progress of small and medium-sized enterprises indicates that the continuous progress of small and medium-sized enterprises in China requires them to set up a good working capital management system, so that the working capital management can be formally put into practice. If small and medium-sized enterprises in China want to integrate into the global market as soon as possible, they must be able to adapt to the situation of domestic and foreign markets. The government has issued corresponding policies because it can better improve the working capital of small and medium-sized enterprises.
