临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第7期Clinicaleffectofrecombinanthumaninterferonα-2bcombinedwithipratropiumbromideandceftriaxoneinthetreatmentofbronchitisinchildrenanditsinfluenceontheexpressionofmiR-21andFOXP3SUNYiran1,QIAOBaojin2(1.PharmacyDepartment,thePeople'sHospitalofDanchengCounty,Zhoukou477150;2.ChinesePharmacyDepartment,HenanNo.3ProvincialPeople'sHospital,Zhengzhou450000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheeffectofrecombinanthumaninterferonα-2bcombinedwithipratropiumbromideandceftriaxoneinthetreatmentofbronchitisinchildren.MethodsAtotalof84childrenwithbronchitisadmittedfromJanuary2019toFebruary2021wereselectedanddividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupbyrandomnumbertablemethod,with42casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithipratropiumbromideandceftriaxone,andtheobservationgroupwastreatedwithrecombinanthumaninterferonα-2bonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsThedisappearancetimeoflungrales,pantingrelieftimeanddisappearancetimeofcoughintheobservationgroupwereshorterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thecysteinylleukotrienes(CysLTs)andsolubletriggeringreceptorexpressedonmyeloidcell-1(sTREM-1)levelsintheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,theexpressionlevelsofmicroRNA-21(miR-21)andforkheadboxprotein3(FOXP3)intheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionRecombinanthumaninterferonα-2bcombinedwithipratropiumbromideandceftriaxoneinthetreatmentofbronchitisinchildrenhasasatisfactoryeffect,itcanregulatethelevelsofCysLTsandsTREM-1,inhibittheexpressionofmiR-21andFOXP3,andhashighsafety.KEYWORDS:recombinanthumaninterferonα-2b;ipratropiumbromide;ceftriaxone;bronchitisinchildren重组人干扰素α-2b联合异丙托溴铵、头孢曲松治疗小儿支气管炎的临床效果及对miR-21、FOXP3表达的影响孙一冉1,乔宝进2(1.郸城县人民医院药剂科,河南周口,477150;2.河南省直第三人民医院中药房,河南郑州,450000)摘要:目的探讨重组人干扰素α-2b联合异丙托溴铵、头孢曲松治疗...
