-58-第45卷第6期非金属矿Vol.45No.62022年11月Non-MetallicMinesNovember,2022重晶石矿沉淀法制备硫酸钡粒径调控研究杨斌*杨贵惠王婧索超辉张昌谢宁(安康学院化学化工学院,安康市纳米新材料工程技术研究中心,陕西安康725000)摘要以BaS和Na2SO4为原料,采用直接沉淀法制备BaSO4粉体。对BaSO4的晶相、形貌和粒径分布进行表征,研究了影响BaSO4粉体粒径的因素。结果表明,提高Na2SO4溶液浓度,加快滴加速度,或提高反应温度,BaSO4粉体平均粒径均显著增加。Na2SO4浓度为0.4mol/L,滴加速度为10mL/min,粒径范围和平均粒径均随反应温度的升高而逐渐增大,平均粒径由40℃时的8.380μm增加到100℃时的14.129μm。在100℃使用乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)后,粒径范围明显缩小,平均粒径降至4.961μm。使用理论沉淀质量2%、4%和6%的硬脂酸钠改性,用量为2%时粉体分散性最好,粒径为0.953μm。通过调节Na2SO4溶液浓度和滴加速度,再用适量EDTA和硬脂酸钠等工艺优化措施,采用直接沉淀法可以制备出亚微米级BaSO4粉体。关键词硫酸钡粉体;直接沉淀法;粒径分布;乙二胺四乙酸;硬脂酸钠中图分类号:TQ132.2;TQ623.1文献标志码:A文章编号:1000-8098(2022)06-0058-05StudyonParticleSizeRegulationofBariumSulfatePreparedbyBaritePrecipitationYangBin*YangGuihuiWangJingSuoChaohuiZhangChangXieNing(AnkangResearchCentreofNewNano-materialsScienceandTechnology,SchoolofChemistryandChemicalEngineering,AnkangUniversity,Ankang,Shaanxi725000)AbstractBaSO4waspreparedfromBaSandNa2SO4bydirectprecipitationmethod.Thecrystalphase,morphologyandparticlesizedistributionofBaSO4werecharacterized,andthefactorsaffectingtheparticlesizeofBaSO4powderwerestudied.TheresultsshowedthattheaverageparticlesizeofBaSO4powdercanbesignificantlyincreasedbyincreasingtheconcentrationofNa2SO4solution,speedingupitsdroppingrate,orincreasingthere-actiontemperature.At0.4mol/LNa2SO4concentrationand10mL/mindroppingrate,theparticlesizerangeandaverageparticlesizeincreasedwiththeincreaseofreactiontemperature,theaverageparticlesizeincreasedfrom8.380μmat40℃to14.129μmat100℃.WhenEDTAwasappliedat100℃,theparticlesizerangewassignificantlyreducedto4.961μm.Thedispersibilitywasimprovedbyusingsodiumstearatewiththemassratioo...
