第18卷增刊2地下空间与工程学报Vol.182022年12月ChineseJournalofUndergroundSpaceandEngineeringDec.2022复合地层对盾构隧道衬砌变形影响规律研究张人志1,张庆丰1,丛英学1,王强1,李超2(1.中交隧道工程局有限公司,北京100102;2.贵州大学土木工程学院,贵阳550025)摘要:为了探究多层混合地层对衬变形行为的影响,本文采用物理相似试验模拟不同地层组合条件下隧道的弯矩、轴力与变形,再结合数值方法直观地对比隧道衬砌全段面连续的弯矩、轴力与变形分布规律。结果表明:土层性质不仅会影响衬砌变形,还会影响力矩和收敛的分布;组合地层中弯矩分布则由不同地层对弯矩分布影响的相互叠加;在本文试验试条件下,多层组合地层对衬砌轴力影响不特别明显;多层混合地层中,衬砌变形量会随着地层中黏土占比增加而增加,均质黏土层衬砌竖直方向上的收敛量较均质砂土层增加60%;土层上下非均质分布会导致弯矩和变形也呈现不对称分布,但均质化假设模型无法预测力矩和收敛的不对称分布,因此在多层地层中的管片接头设计时需要更精细的模型。关键词:多层混合地层;衬砌变形;物理试验;盾构隧道中图分类号:TU43文献标识码:A文章编号:1673-0836(2022)增2-0737-06StudyontheEffectofMulti-LayersonLiningDeformationinShieldTunnelZhangRenzhi1,ZhangQingfeng1,CongYingxue1,WangQiang1,LiChao2(1.CCCCTunnelEngineeringCompanyLimite,Beijing100102,P.R.China;2.CollegeofCivilEngineeringGuizhouUniversity,Guangzhou,Guiyang550025,P.R.China)Abstract:Inordertounderstandtheinfluenceofmulti-layerstratumonthedeformationbehaviorofthelining,thispaperusesphysicalsimilarityteststosimulatethebendingmoment,axialforceanddeformationofthetunnelunderdifferentcombinationofmulti-layers,andthenthenumericalmethodsisusetopresentthecontinuousdistributionofbendingmoment,thrustforceandconvergenceontheentiretunnellining.Thefinalexperimentalandnumericalresultsshowthatthebendingmoment,thrustforceanddeformationofliningisinfluencedbythepropertyofsoillayers.Thebendingmomentinthecombinedformationissuperimposedbytheinfluenceofdifferentindividualformations.However,underthediscussedexperimentalconditions,themulti-layerstratumhasnosignificantinfluenceonthethrustforce.Generally,thedeformationofliningwillincreaseastheproportionofclayint...
