-33-第17卷第4期2022年12月贵阳学院学报(自然科学版)(季刊)JOURNALOFGUIYANGUNIVERSITYNaturalSciences(Quarterly)Dec.2022Vol.17No.4摘要:粉煤灰中的玻璃微珠系火力发电厂煤粉经高温燃烧后产生的中空球形圆珠体,是很好的二次资源。采用重选和磁选等分选方法可对粉煤灰中的玻璃微珠进行提取回收,可得其中的漂珠、磁珠和沉珠,三种微珠总含量占粉煤灰总量的66.75%。将提取的空心玻璃微珠作为环氧树脂的填充剂制备了泡沫复合材料,发现材料的拉伸强度和断裂应变、密度和压缩强度等均随玻璃微珠含量增加而减小,试验条件下复合材料拉伸强度最低为10.6MPa,密度最低为0.88g/cm3,压缩强度最低为34.2MPa;复合材料的吸水率随着玻璃微珠体积含量的增加呈现先缓慢增加后急剧上升的变化趋势。关键词:粉煤灰;玻璃微珠;环氧树脂;复合材料中图分类号:TD98文献标识码:A文章编号:1673-6125(2022)04-0033-04GlassBeadsCollectionfromFlyAshandItsPropertiesExperimentonFillingEpoxyResinFoamCompositeCHENGJiang-guo1,2,XIEFei1,2,ZHANGSong3(1.MiningCollege,GuizhouUniversity,Guiyang550025,Guizhou,China;2.GuizhouUniversityGuizhouKeyLaboratoryofComprehensiveUtilizationofNonmetallicMineralResources,Guiyang550025,Guizhou,China;3.BijieBigDataIndustryDevelopmentCenter,Bijie551700,Guizhou,China)Abstract:Glassbeadsinflyasharehollowsphericalbeadsproducedbyhigh-temperaturecombustionofpulverizedcoalinthermalpowerplants,whicharegoodsecondaryresources.Theglassbeadsinflyashcanbecollectedandrecoveredbygravityseparationandmagneticseparation,andthetotalcontentoffloatingbeads,magneticbeadsandsettlingbeadsaccountsfor66.75%ofthetotalamountofflyash.Foamcompositeswerepreparedbyusingthecollectedhollowglassbeadsasthefillerofepoxyresin.Theresultsindicatethatthetensilestrength,breakingstrain,densityandcompressivestrengthofthecompositesdecreasedwiththeincreaseofthecontentofglassbeads.Undertheexperimentalconditions,thetensilestrengthofthecompositesisaslowa10MPa,thedensityis0.88g/cm3,andthecompressivestrengthis40MPa;Withtheincreaseoftheglassbeadvolumecontent,thewaterabsorptionofthecompositesincreasesslowlyatfirstandthenincreasedsharply.Ke...
