5)摘要:采用中红外(MIR)光谱开展了聚四氟乙烯生料带中助挤剂的结构研究。试验发现,助挤剂结构的红外吸收模式主要包括:VacCH3-助抗剂结构、VaCH2-助抑剂结构、VcH3-助挤剂结构、VCH2-助抗剂结构、VC=0-助拮剂结构、CH2-助挤剂结构、OacCH3一助标剂结构、O.cH3一助抗剂结构和PcH2-助挤剂结构,表明助挤剂的化学结构主要包括长碳链烷烃和羰基官能团。该项研究为探索聚四氟乙烯生料带中的助挤剂结构建立了一个方法学,具有重要的应用价值。关键词:中红外光谱;聚四氟乙烯;助挤剂;结构中图分类号:TE624.82文献标识码:AMid-Infrared words:middle infrared spectroscopy;polytetrafluoroethene;extrusion aid;structure0引言聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)生料带广泛应用于工业管道螺纹密封以及工业设备的复杂填充密封 1-2 ,其生产工艺中通常要使用“助挤剂”。助挤剂是有机氟工业中广泛使用的一种特殊用途的“润滑油”,其主要作用是与聚四氟乙烯树脂混合形成膏状物,经剪切作用使球状颗粒结构变成纤维结构,同时还起到润滑和减小摩擦阻力的作用 3-4,但相关结构研究少见报道。中红外(MIR)光谱具有方便快捷的优点,广泛应用于化合物结构研究领域 5-2 0 1。本文采用中红外(MIR)光谱开展了市售聚四氟乙烯生料带中助挤剂结构研究,为国内相关企业研发提供了有价值的科学借鉴1材料与方法1.1材料与试剂聚四氟乙烯生料带(市售),石蜡油(天津市医药公司,化学纯),汽车汽油发动机机油(路帮T10000全合成发动机油,山东青岛康普顿科技股份有限公司生产)。1.2仪器与设备Spectrum100型中红外光谱仪(美国PE公司);GoldenGate型ATR-FTIR附件(英国Specac公司)。1.3方法1.3.1红外光谱仪操作条件聚四氟乙烯生料带固定在红外光谱仪的变温附件上,以空气为背景,每次试验对信号进行8 次扫描累加。1.3.2数据获得及处理聚四氟乙烯生料带MIR光谱数据通过采用Spectrumv6.3.5操作软件获取及处理2结果与分析2.1聚四氟乙烯生料带结构MIR光谱研究如图1所示,采用中红外(MIR)光谱(包括:一维、二阶导数、四阶导数及去卷积MIR光谱)开展了聚四氟乙烯生料带结构研究,相关研究内容在课题组ADDITIVE添加剂262023年第3 8 卷滑油润之前的研究论文中已有详细报道 2 0 2 8 0 0 cm=(第1频率区间)、17 5 0 17 0 0 cm-(第2 频率区间)、148 0143 0 c m-(第3 频率区间)、140 0 13 5 0 cml(第4频率区间)及7 5 0 7 0 0 cm-1(第5 频率区间),采用MIR光谱,在5 个频率区间分别开展助挤剂结构研究。2.2.1第1频率区间聚四氟乙烯生料带中助挤剂结构MIR光谱研究如图2(a)所示,首先开展聚四氟乙烯生料带的一维MIR光谱研究。其中2 9 5 6.13 cm-处的吸收峰归属于助挤剂结构CH,不对称伸缩振动模式(vaCHs-一维一助挤别结构);2 9 2 2.6 9.cm处的吸收峰归属于助挤剂结构CH,不对称伸缩振动模式(VasCH2-一维-助挤剂结构);2 8 5 2.48 c m=1处的吸收峰归属于助挤剂结构CH,对称伸缩振动模式(V.C H 2-一维一助挤剂结构);如图2(b)所示,二阶导数MIR光谱试验中,2 9 19.8 5 cm处的吸收峰归属于助挤剂结构 VacH:-二阶导数-助拆剂结构;2 8 5 1.7 8 cm处的吸收峰归属于助挤剂结构V.CH2-二阶导数-助挤剂结构;如图2(c)所示,四阶导数MIR光谱试验并不能得到有价值的光谱信息;如图2(d)所示,去卷积MIR光谱试验中,2 9 6 1.0 0 cm(Va c H i-1-去叁积-助挤剂结构)和2 9 5 7.14cm(v a c H t-去卷积-助挤剂结构)处的吸收峰归属于助挤剂结构Va.CH-去卷积-助挤剂结构;2 9 2 3.8 -助挤剂结构)处的吸收峰归属于助挤剂结构C=O伸缩振动模式(Vc=0-一维-助挤剂结构)如图3(b)、3(c)所示,二阶及四阶导数MIR光谱试验并不能得到有价值的光谱信息;如图3(d)所示,去卷积MIR光谱试验中,17 47.3 2 cm(v c=0-去卷积-1-助挤剂结构)1743.33cm-(Vc=0-去卷积-2-助挤剂结构))、17 3 8.6 6(VC=0 去卷积-3-助挤剂结构)、17 3 5.9
