·38·MedicalLaboratoryScienceandClinics,2024,Vol.35,No.2医学检验与临床2024年第35卷第2期doi:10.3969/j.issn.1673-5013.2024.02.009APS自动化系统在血站标本交接中的应用研究姜蓓蓓周静婷刘专吴娴用周军兵←（盐城市中心血站检测中心，江苏盐城龙224000)[摘要]目的：通过APS在标本接收、挑选及抓取使用过程的体验，与传统手工模式比较，探讨应用APS自动化系统进行标本交接处理的优缺点。方法：APS系统在启用前进行方法确认及参数调整；传统手工交接与APS系统同时处理一个月的标本，比较两种方法在血液标本的交接、挑选等工作环节的差别；统计APS系统在使用初期发现的问题，并给予相应的改进和优化。结果：调整APS系统读取结果模块，增加识别单试剂反应性和双试剂反应性标本功能，增加“两遍酶免一遍核酸”检测策略，并完成软件之间的对接；使用APS系统，每接收100个标本，人工接收需要3分11秒，APS只需35.58秒，时间几乎是传统手工法的1/5；从100个标本中挑选出一个标本，人工挑选需要4分21秒，APS只需41秒，消耗时间是传统手工法的1/7；优化措施为增加抓手垫片，调整抓手力度。结论：APS全自动标本处理系统的使用，减轻工作强度，提高工作效率，降低人工差错。同时使血站实验室自动化、信息化、智能化的管理达到一个新的高度，提高实验室的检测水平，保障了血液检测工作的优化开展。[关键词]APS全自动标本处理系统；标本交接；血站ApplicationofAPSautomationsysteminbloodstationspecimenhandoverJIANGBei-bei,ZHOUJing-ting,LIUZhuan,etal(Bloodtestingcenter,YanchengBloodCentral,JiangsuYancheng224000)[Abstract]Objective:ToexploretheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofusingAPSautomationsystemforspecimenhandoverprocessingthroughtheexperienceofspecimenreception,selection,andgraspingusingAPS,andcomparingitwithtraditionalmanualmode.Methods:ConfirmthemethodandadjusttheparametersoftheAPSsystembeforeuse;ComparethedifferencesbetweenthetraditionalmanualhandoverandAPSsysteminthehandoverandselectionofbloodsamplesforonemonthatthesametime;CollecttheproblemsdiscoveredduringtheinitialuseoftheAPSsystemandprovidecorrespondingimprovementsandoptimizations.Results:Adjustthereadingresultmodule,addthefunctionofidentifyingsinglereagentreactivityanddoublereagentreactivityspecimens,addthe“twiceenzymeim...
