学校体育XUEXIAOTIYU抗阻训练对男大学生骨密度及骨代谢的影响EffectofResistanceTrainingonBoneMineralDensityandBoneMetabolisminMaleCollegeStudents钟雨金,莫伟彬,姚绩伟ZhongYujin,MoWeibin,YaoJiwei摘要:目的:探讨男大学生在抗阻运动试验骨密度及骨代谢生化指标的变化,为男大学生参加体育锻炼提供理论参考。方法:选取广西师范大学体育与健康学院现有体育教育专业全日制男大学生40名,随机测试分为对照组和实验组。每组20人,实验组需进行超过5周的循环抗阻训练,每周训练至少3次,每次至少2组,每组接受10-30次重复的抗阻训练。对照组保持5周的正常日常生活,不进行运动干预。测定观察受试者的骨密度和骨代谢生化指标变化并进行评价。研究结果:①训练前后,对照组各部分骨密度变化不大,实验组全身、上肢、下肢、腰椎、股骨颈、大转子、跟骨、脊骨和肩肿骨等各部分骨密度都有所增加,其中实验组全身和下肢的骨密度与实验前比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。②训练前后,对照组碱性磷酸酶、血清骨钙素和I型胶原C端肽含量变化不大,实验组碱性磷酸酶、血清骨钙素和I型胶原C端肽含量均比训练前高(P<0.05)。研究结论:循环抗阻训练具有明显提升男大学生骨代谢和强化骨密度的作用。关键词:循环抗阻训练;男大学生;骨密度;骨代谢Abstract:Theobjectiveofthispaperistoexplorethechangesofbonedensityandbonemetabolisminresistanceexerciseandprovidetheoreticalreferenceforparticipatinginphysicalexerciseformalecollegestudents.Methods:40full-timemalecollegestudentsmajoringinphysicaleducationofGuangxiNormalUniversitywereselected.Therandomtestwasdividedintocontrolgroupandexperimentalgroup.Eachgroupof20people,theexperimentalgroupneedstoconductmorethan5weeksofcyclicresistancetraining,trainingatleastthreetimesperweek,atleast2groupseachtime,eachgroupreceived10-30repeatedresistancetraining.Thecontrolgroupmaintainedtheirnormaldailylifefor5weekswithoutexerciseintervention.Changesinbonemineraldensityandbonemetabolismweremeasuredandevaluated.Results:Beforeandaftertraining,thebonedensityinthecontrolgroupdidnotchangemuch,andthewholebody,upperlimb,lowerlimbs,lumbarspine,femoralneck,macrotrochanter,calcaneus,spine,andscapulaincreased,andthewholebodyandlowerlimbsintheexperimental...
