·160·中国现代药物应用2024年1月第18卷第2期ChinJModDrugAppl,Jan2024,Vol.18,No.2乳腺癌术后患者义乳佩戴认知及生命质量的调查分析江健梅彭长英【摘要】目的调查乳腺癌术后患者对于义乳佩戴的认知及生命质量情况。方法选取2021年9月~2022年9月期间,200例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者为研究对象,术后均佩戴义乳,分析患者对义乳佩戴的认知情况,生命质量和身体心像情况。结果200例患者术后第1次佩戴义乳的时间为(4.39±2.30)个月,其中愿意佩戴文胸型义乳、接受≤1000元的义乳、除睡觉外一直佩戴义乳、认为义乳将自我形象提升、义乳对性生活改善、了解义乳的途径为病友和医护人员、只了解一点义乳、有必要通过医护人员得到义乳有关信息的占比均超过了50%。生命质量测定量表总分为(152.66±12.50)分,身体心像量表中一般身体心像、癌症治疗相关身体心像评分分别为(8.26±3.06)、(8.62±3.45)分。结论乳腺癌术后应用义乳的患者其生命质量处于中等水平,身体心像处于中下等水平,且患者不够了解义乳。建议乳腺专科护士为患者讲解义乳相关信息指导患者选择适宜的义乳,了解患者佩戴感受并提供针对性的护理措施,从而有效减少其身体及心理的困扰。【关键词】生命质量；人造乳房；乳腺癌；身心形象DOI：10.14164/j.cnki.cn11-5581/r.2024.02.043InvestigationandanalysisofcognitionofartificialbreastandqualityoflifeinpostoperativepatientswithbreastcancerJIANGJian-mei,PENGChang-ying.LongyanFirstHospital,Longyan364000,China【Abstract】ObjectiveToanalyzetheinvestigationonthecognitionofartificialbreastandqualityoflifeinpostoperativepatientswithbreastcancer.MethodsAtotalof200casesofbreastcancerpatientswhounderwentmodifiedradicalmastectomyfromSeptember2021toSeptember2022wereselectedasthestudysubjects.Allpatientsworeartificialbreastaftersurgery,andtheircognition,qualityoflifeandbodyimagewereanalyzed.ResultsThetimeoffirstwearingartificialbreastfor200patientsaftersurgerywas(4.39±2.30)months.Thecognitivesurveyshowedthatmorethan50%ofthemwerewillingtowearbra-shapedartificialbreast,acceptedbreastimplantslessthan1000yuan's,woreartificialbreastallthetimeexceptsleeping,thoughtartificialbreastwouldimprovetheirself-image,improvedtheirsexuallife,learnedaboutartificialbreastthroughpatientsandmedica...
