Statement of Submission Ethics and Responsibilities 1.Authors should present their results clearly,honestly,and without fabrication,falsification or inappropriate data manipulation.2.Authors should ensure that they have written entirely original work and are responsible for ensuring that they have not plagiarized the work of others.Plagiarism takes many forms,from passing off anothers work as the authors own work,to copying or paraphrasing substantial parts of anothers work(without attribution).Plagiarism in all its forms constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.3.If authors wish to withdraw a submission,an application email precisely stating reasons for the withdraw is needed by the editorial office,especially under circumstances as follows:A.The manuscript is under peer review;B.Review comments of the manuscript have been sent back to the authors for revision;C.The manuscript has been accepted for publication on the journal.If authors insist in withdrawing the article without an approval from the editorial office,the editorial office remains the right of publishing an announcement to state the event.Authors of the manuscript will be blacklisted from further submissions to the journal.4.If a manuscript is peer-reviewed and review comments have been sent back to authors for revision,authors should send back the revised manuscript in the given time.If not,an email asking for an extension is needed.The manuscript will be automatically rejected if the authors do not return the revised manuscript in time and states no reason.Meanwhile,the editorial office remains the right of publishing an announcement to state the event.Authors of the manuscript will be blacklisted from further submissions to the journal.All authors are aware of and approve the above ethics and responsibilities.Signature(all authors):Date:
