第29卷第4期2008年8月暨南大学学报(医学版)JournalofJinanUniversity(MedicineEdition)V01．29No．4Aug．2008麦冬多糖对妊娠糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响丘保华，李瑞满(暨南大学附属第一医院妇产科，广东广州510630)[摘要】目的：观察麦冬多糖对妊娠糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响。方法：采用四氧嘧啶法复制妊娠大鼠糖尿病模型，灌胃给予麦冬多糖0．2g／ks，连续给药14d，分别于给药第o、7、14天测定大鼠空腹血糖；给药第0、14天测定大鼠血清胰岛素水平与体质量。结果：口服麦冬多糖第7、14天可降低妊娠糖尿病大鼠的空腹血糖，与模型组比较，有非常显著性差异(P<0．01)；但对血清胰岛素水平及体重无明显影响。结论：麦冬多糖具有降低妊娠糖尿病大鼠血糖的作用，其机制可能与增加肝细胞对葡萄糖的摄取及增加肝糖原合成有关。[关键词】麦冬多糖；妊娠期糖尿病；血糖[中图分类号]R713．9[文献标识码]A[文章编号】1000—9965【2008)04—0367—03EffectsofpolysaccharideinOphiopogonjaponicusonbloodglucoseingestationaldiabeticratsQIUBao—hua，LIRui—man(DepartmentofObstetriosandGynocology，theFirstA伍liatedHospital，JinanUniversity，Guangzhou510630，China)[Abstract]Aim：ToinvestigatetheeffectsofpolysaccharideinOphiopogonjaponicusonbloodglucoseingestationaldiabeticrats．Methotis：Themodelsofgestationaldiabeticratswereestablishedwithallox-a11byintraperitonealinjectionadministration．PolysaccharideinOphiopogonjaponicuswasgivenbyintra—gastricadministrationon14days．Thebloodglucoselevelsofratsattheday0，7，14weredetectedre-speetively，theirbodyweightandseruminsulinlevelsdetectedbythemethodofradioimmunoassayattheday0，14wereanalyzed．Results：ThebloodglucoselevelsweresignificantlydecreasedingestationaldiabeticratstreatedbypolysaecharideinOphiopogonjaponicusattheday7，14comparedwithmodelgroup(P<0．01)，anditshowednoeffectsonthelevelsofbloodinsulinandthebodyweightofrats．Conclusion：polysaccharideinOphiopogonjaponicuscoulddecreasethelevelsofbloodglucoseingesta—tionaldiabeticrats．Itmayberelatetoincreasethehepaticcellintakeingtheamylaceum，andincreasethecompositionofthehepaticglycogen．[Keywords]polysaccharidesinOphiopogonjaponicus；gestationaldiabetesmellitus；...
