information officer for the Colorado Department of Transportation.Kim is responsible for managing projects with IT components ranging from small in scope and budget to multimillion-dollar,multiyear projects.She has more than 19 years experience in IT project management.Kim has served in a senior leadership role for over 11 years and is regarded as a strategic visionary with an innate ability to collaborate with diverse groups and organizations,instill hope,improve morale,and lead her teams in achieving goals they never thought possible.Kim has extensive experience in the government sector managing projects of various size and scope.Currently,Kim is working with the Governors Office of Information Technology,assisting in the oversight of one of the largest projects ever undertaken in
