I wasn’t very excited about it at the very beginning. But my uncle wanted me to go and offered to pay for my trip. Then I did. And when we stayed in Westmeath and looked out of our window to see the Trim Castle and found scenes from “Braveheart” were filmed there, we were so impressed. Again, more beautiful pictures in that tiny little town. We love the country, the people, the food, and the magic! We would go back very soon, I was so indebted to my uncle who had given me the chance to be here. The one piece of advice I would offer is to bring your own washcloths. Only one of our hotels supplied them. I have no words to describe our trip properly. Go, explore the small villages, eat, enjoy!
