Chapter 7 Conclusion of Business(Contracts)Introduction:One of the difficulties in business transaction is to ensure that the two sides have identical understanding of what is communicated.All differences in terminology and language contribute to misunderstandings,not to say the mistakes made in typing and transmitting messages.Therefore,it is the most important thing that when the bargain is being made that the two sides should make sure to have identical understanding of the terms to which they are agreeing.And that is why letters confirming the conclusion of business are necessary.Even if you have to go over the whole ground at least twice,when writing this kind of letters,make sure each point has been corrected and fully understood.This applies particularly so if
