If you had told me in March that I'd be living the life I am living each day,I would have responded that you're nuts. Although I've been living pretty spiritually and becoming increasingly aware of the things that were
holding me back for a few years now,I still had a lot of behaviors that were rooted in my limiting beliefs.
I was still not moving daily, and I was wishing I was a kind of girl, sucked into social media and the
comparison game, fearful about the arriving COVID- 19,and letting a lot of old patterns rule my life.
I've had doing work a lot,but there was a lot of“forcing” .I would force myself to eat certain things, force myself to do activities I didn't enjoy, force myself to be strict about a routine, force myself to get up
early, and then I'd get tired. And I'd stop.
I’m consistently into what feels like an entirely different life for 3 months. In the beginning,of course, I had to push myself to do things because I didn't have any habits that were built up but then, after realizing how much better I felt doing all my new healthy habits—the need to force myself to do things fell away and now, I just do them.I've had periods of rest since this began because I’ve had emotional times(my dad's first anniversary of passing away was in May),but I've been extremely consistent because I just feel better when I do things that are good for me.I'm on course to have my best month yet for July, and I was just looking at my activity tracker and I now have 31 days of working out for 30 minutes every day!My workouts vary, but I do yoga every day without fail, and run or walk on most other days.

C. To show the author likes to fight. D. To suggest the author still live well.
27. What does the author mainly do during periods of rest? ( ) A.Finish work. B.Exercise every day. C.Get up early. D. Have a good habit.

Only children are more likely to be fat than those with brothers and sisters, research suggests. The study, published in the Journal of Nutrition Education And Behavior, found that only children tended to be part of families that ate less healthily, and had parents who were more likely to allow them in sugary drinks. On the contrary, families with more than one child tended to plan family meals and ate out less often—all of which
helped them stay slimmer.
Researchers examined data from food diaries kept by mothers of 62 children aged five to seven. The diaries covered two weekdays and one weekend day,and were accompanied by a questionnaire on family food and drink choices.Teachers also recorded any food children ate while they were at school. The study found that mothers of only children were more likely to be fat themselves. It was also eating patterns at home that
tended to influence fatness in children rather than those at school or nursery.
The authors concluded:Single children had less healthy child eating patterns than did non-singles on weekdays, weekends and on average.“Single children also differed in multiple components of dietary quality, including refined grains and empty calories.”Lead author Chelsca Kracht, from the University of Oklahoma, said . “Nutrition professionals must consider the influence of family and siblings(兄弟姐妹)to provide appropriate nutrition education for families of young children.Efforts to help all children and families establish
healthy eating habits and practices must be encouraged.”
28. Why are kids in families with over one child thinner? ( )
A. They don't like lo go out lo eat junk food. B. They tend to plan well and eat out less often.
C. They like to stay with their parents to eat food. D.They are encouraged to stay thinner by parents.
