Articles论文74家电科技www.jdkjjournal.comVol.32023Issue422基于动态环境及变负荷的改进空调设备季节性能测量方法探讨Dynamicenvironmentandload-basedseasonalperformancetestingproceduresforairconditioningsystems杨子旭石文星王宝龙于天蝉林波荣YANGZixuSHIWenxingWANGBaolongYUTianchanLINBorong清华大学建筑技术科学系北京100084DepartmentofBuildingScience,TsinghuaUniversityBeijing100084摘要:随着产业和技术发展,中国对空调设备的性能考核已从额定工况的“点”评价发展为季节性能的“综合”评价,即通过在给定有限室内外工况的稳态运行测量结果,根据发生时间分布计算获得季节性能指标。然而,现有方法无法反映空调器等直膨式空调设备的调节控制品质,为此,给出基于动态环境及变负荷的改进空调季节性能测量方法(简称:基于负荷的季节性能测量法),其核心在于:在空调设备性能实验室内,在一定的测量时段内,用室外侧模拟空调设备运行的室外工况,而在室内侧投入与室外工况相对应的热、湿负荷,用空调设备将室内温、湿度控制在规定的工况和精度范围内,并测量空调设备在测量时段内的运行性能。根据室内负荷的给定方式,可分为静态补偿法和动态补偿法两种方式,对两种测试方法进行介绍和辨析,并对其适用性进行分析。关键词:动态环境;变化负荷;控制策略;性能测量;标准化Abstract:Withtheadvancementofindustryandtechnology,theevaluationofairconditionerperformanceinChinahastransitionedfroma"point"assessmentbasedonratedoperatingconditionstoamore"comprehensive"evaluationofseasonalperformance.Thisevaluationtakesintoaccounttheseasonalperformancefactorsbyanalyzingthedistributionofbin-hoursthroughsteady-statemeasurementsconductedunderlimitedindoorandoutdoorworkingconditions.However,theexistingmethodsfailtoadequatelyreflectthedynamiccontrolqualityofdirectexpansionairconditioningequipment,suchasairconditioners.Toaddressthisissue,proposesanenhancedmethodfordynamicenvironmentandload-basedseasonalperformancetesting,referredtoastheload-basedseasonalperformancetestingmethod.Thecoreprincipleofthismethodinvolvessimulatingtheoutdoorconditionsofairconditioningequipmentoveraspecificmeasurementperiodwithinaperformancelaboratory.Ontheindoorside,heatandhumidityloads...
