中国国境卫生检疫杂志2023年2月第46卷第1期ChineseFrontierHealthQuarantineFeb.2023，Vol46，No.1AnalysisofinfluencingfactorsofHIVinfectionamongmaleSTDsoutpatientsinHaidianDistrict，Beijingfrom2016to2020WANGXuemei，SHENYuefeng，ZHAOFengxia，MIAOLiboSTD/AIDSPreventionandTreatmentDepartment，HaidianDistrictCenterforDiseaseControlandPrevention，Beijing100094，ChinaAbstract：ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectsofdemographicandbehavioralcharacteristicsonHIVinfectionamongmalesexualtransmitteddiseases（STDs）outpatientsinHaidianDistrict，Beijing，andtoprovideascientificbasisfortargetedmonitoringandintervention.MethodsAccordingtothenationalAIDSsentinelsurveillancequestionnaire，maleSTDoutpatientsinHaidianDistrictfrom2016to2020weresurveyedbyquestionnaire，HIVtestandstatisticalanalyszed.ResultsAtotalof1011patientswereinvestigated，andtheknowledgerateofAIDSwas93.27%.10.58%hadsexwithprostitutesinthelast3months，24.23%hadsexwithtemporarypartnersinthelast3months.Theproportionofhavinganalsexwiththesamesexwas11.37%.TheproportionofthosewhohadbeendiagnosedwithSTDsinthelastyearwas3.26%.MultivariateanalysisshowedthatHIVinfectionrateofthosewhohadsexwithprostitutesinrecent3monthswashigherthanthatofthosewhodidnot（OR=50.594，95%CI：1.871-1368.124，P=0.020）.HIVinfectionratewashigherinthosewhohadsexwithtemporarypartnersinrecent3monthsthaninthosewhodidnot（OR=817.416，95%CI：5.251-127234.308，P=0.009）.TheHIVinfectionrateofthosewhohadhomosexualanalsexwashigherthanthatofthosewhohadnot（OR=150.499，95%CI：7.349-3082.137，P=0.001）.TheHIVinfectionrateofpatientsdiagnosedwithSTDswashigherthanthatofthosenotdiagnosedinthelastyear（OR=205.811，95%CI：6.098-6946.623，P=0.003）.ConclusionTheriskfactorsofHIVinfectionwerehavingsexwithprostituteandortemporarypartnerinthelast3months，havinghomosexualanalsex，andhadbeendiagnosedasSTDsinthelastyear.ItshouldcontinuelytopromotestandardizedSTDsdiagnosisandtreatmentservices，carryoutSTDpreventionhealtheducationandbehavioralintervention.·疾病监测·北京市海淀区2016—...
