临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第7期Correlationbetweenself-perceivedburdenandhopelevelinpatientswithnasopharyngealcarcinomaZOUHaiyan1,WANGLi1*,SUXuekui2,ZHUShubin2,WEIQiaohui3,PANXiao4,YANGYi1,LIJianmin5(1.GuangxiMedicalUniversity,Nanning530021;2.theFourthAffiliatedHospitalofGuangxiMedicalUniversity,Liuzhou545007;3.LiuzhouPeople'sHospital,Liuzhou545006;4.theSecondAffiliatedHospitalofGuangxiMedicalUniversity,Nanning530005;5.theSecondNanningPeople'sHospital,Nanning530031,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToanalyzethecorrelationbetweenself-perceivedburden(SPB)andhopelevelinpatientswithnasopharyngealcarcinoma.MethodsAtotalof166patientswithnasopharyngealcarcinomawereinvestigatedintwotertiaryhospitalsinNanning.Thegeneralsituationquestionnaire,Self-PerceivedBurdenScale,HerthHopeIndexwereusedtoconductacross-sectionalsurvey.TheinfluencingfactorsofSPBandhopelevelinpatientswithnasopharyngealcarcinomawereanalyed;thecorrelationbetweenSPBandhopelevelscoreinpatientswithnasopharyngealcarcinomawereanalyzed.ResultsThetotalscoreofSPBinpatientswithnasopharyngealcarcinomawas(30.68±7.47),whichwasatamildtomoderatelevel;thetotalscoreofhopelevelwas(34.37±3.88),whichwasatthemiddleandhighlevel.TheresultsofunivariateanalysisshowedthattherewerestatisticallysignificantdifferencesinSPBandhopelevelscoresofnasopharyngealcarcinomapatientswithdifferentages,educationallevels,familyaddresses,occupationalstatus,averagemonthlyincome,medicalinsurancecategoriesandclinicalstages(P<0.05);therewassignificantdifferenceinSPBscoreamongpatientswithdifferentdiseasecoursesofnasopharyngealcarcinoma(P<0.05).Multiplelinearregressionequationresultsshowed,averagemonthlyincome,clinicalstageandoccupationalstatusweretheinfluencingfactorsofSPBinpatientswithnasopharyngealcarcinoma(P<0.05);averagemonthlyincome,age,clinicalstageweretheinfluencingfactorsofhopelevelinpatientswithnasopharyngealcarcinoma(P<0.05).PearsoncorrelationanalysisshowedthatthetotalscoreofSPBinpatientswithnasopharyngealcarcinomawasnegativelycorrelatedwiththesco...
