said that they walked into her bedroom and she sat down on the bedwith QIANGDONG.She told QIANGDONG to calm down and that she did not wantto do anything with him because he was married.QIANGDONG began kissingher again on her neck and face,and then took off her shirt.She said heattempted to take her bra off and she pushed him away.She continuously toldhim to calm down and that she did not want to do anything with him.Finallyhe promised her that he would not touch her anymore.She told him go takea shower and he went into the bathroom.When he went into the bathroom,put back on her shirt.said that QIANGDONG pulled her into the bathroom and asked her toshower with him.She refused and attempted to get out of the bathroom.Hepulled her shirt off once again.She attempted to get out of the bathroomonce again and he pulled off her bra.She kept telling him to calm down.QIANGDONG finally let her leave the bathroom and she went back into herroom.Her clothes was wet because the showers was running as QIANGDONG wastrying to pull her into the showers.She decided to change into a green onepiece.Afterwards went and sat down on a chair in the living room.said that QIANGDONG finished his shower and came out of the bathroomnaked.He came from behind her and hugged her.While hugging her,he pulledher into the bedroom and tossed her onto the bed.She said he took off herunderwear and threw it onto the ground.began to remind him that hepromised not to touch her but he ignored her.said he raped her bypenetrating her vaginally with his penis and he pinned her down by both hershoulders with his hands.said that as the assault was happening shetold him not to ejaculate inside of her because she did not want to becomepregnant.QIANGDONG ejaculated on the bed sheets.After the ejaculation,hefell asleep on her bed.said after the assault,at approximately 0239 hours on 8/31/2018,contacted one of her friends and told them she was raped byQIANGDONG.QIANGDONG was still sleeping in her bed at the time.friend contact 911 and officers came out to the scene.Officers detainedQIANGDONG.said that she was afraid of what might happen to herand told officers that nothing happened.She said that she wanted tofind evidence first before presenting anything to officers.QIANGDONG wastransported a(This call was 18-293415)said that she searched her room and found the area where QIANGDONGhad ejaculated on her bed sheet.She took her underwear and the bed sheet toFairview Hospital at 1500 hours on 8/31/2018 and took a SARS exam.She saidthat the hospital took her clothing and the bed sheet and gave her a copy ofthe exam.Afterwards,went to her program director XUE and explainedwhat happened.said that she was afraid of QIANGDONG throughout the night.She alsosaid that she was JOSEPH#3579,and received PC for his arrest.QIANGDONG arrived to our location and we arrested him for Criminal SexualConduct.We searched him and placed him into our pleteda medical release form,which was property inventoried,and we transportedQIANGDONG to HCJ.QIANGDONG was booked into HCJ for CSCR.received a blue card and I took photos of her copy of the SARS examand later uploaded them to .BWC date in relation to this case,I traveled to the Cedar Riverside Hospital where I collected a sexualassault examination kit(SAE Kit).This kit had a unique identifying code attached to it that was identifiedas:.In comparing the sexual assault kit with this unique identifier to the recordsmaintained by the Hennepin County SARS Office,I was able to identify a known victim that was attached tothis report and identified as V1.This unique identifier is given to SAE kits that are collected but the victimhas not yet reported the crime to police.While at the hospital,I collected five items related to this examination.These items were listed as a sexualassault collection kit,biological specimens kit also known as a blood kit,a urine specimen kit,a sealed bagcontaining white underwear and another sealed bag containing bed sheets.These items were transported by me to the Minneapolis Police Department Property and Evidence roomwhere they were property inventoried under this case number,to be held as evidence.Also on this day,I collected a sexual assault examination paper report from the Hennepin County SARSOffice.This report was also property inventoried and a copy was made and provided
