2023年6月第8卷2期西安交通工程学院学术研究AcademicResearchofXi'anTrafficEngineeringInstituteJun.2023Vol.8No.2积极心理学视角下大学生生命意义感研究沈晓冉（西安交通工程学院陕西西安710300)摘要：生命是个体生存和发展的基础，由于部分大学生生命意识缺乏，大学校园中自伤事件，伤人事件，以及安全事件时有发生，威胁到自已和他人的生命安全。目前有不少大学生进入大学校园后，比较迷茫，人生目标不明确，导致学习积极性和主动性下降，心理健康也受到一定的影响。因此引导学生积极去探索生命意义，感受生命价值势在必行。积极心理学旨在挖掘个体潜能，培养积极心理品质。近年来积极心理学的研究领域也日益广泛，积极心理学关注于积极心理和生命意义感之间的关系，关注于个体的积极方面，发现快乐和希望，以帮助个体更好地提升生命意义感。本研究基于积极心理学视角，探索提升大学生生命意义感的策略，以提升大学生的生命意识和价值感，促进其身心健康发展。关键词：积极心理学；大学生；生命意义感；生命价值；幸福感中图分类号：G444AStudyonCollegeStudents'SenseofLifeMeaningfromthePerspectiveAbstract:Lifeisthebasisofindividualsurvivalanddevelopment,duetothelackoflifeawarenessofsomecollegestudents,self-injuryincidents,woundingincidents,andsecurityincidentsoccurfrequentlyoncollegecampuses,threateningtheirownandothers'lives.Atpresent,aftermanycollegestudentsentertheuniversitycampus,theyareconfusedandtheirlifegoalsarenotclear,whichleadstoadeclineinlearningenthusiasmandinitiative,andtheirmentalhealthisalsoaffected.Therefore,itisimperativetoguidestudentstoactivelyexplorethemeaningoflifeandfeelthevalueoflife.Differentfromtraditionalpsychology,positivepsychologyfocusesonpeople'spositiveaspects,cultivatespositivepsychologicalqualitiesandstimulatespositivepotential.Afterthebirthofpositivepsychology,theresearchfieldofpositivepsychologycontinuestoexpand.Inthetheoreticalresearchonthesenseofmeaningoflife,thereisalsoapositivepsychologyresearchorientation.Positivepsychologypaysmoreattentiontotherelationshipbetweenthesenseofmeaningoflifeandpositivepsychology,focusesonthepositiveaspectsofoneself,findshappinessandhope,andhelpsindividualstoobtainasenseo...
