····护护护护理理理理教教教教育育育育····护士人文修养“课程思政”教学改革探索与实践赵龙,刘锦秀,张艳芳,马孟伟,王茜,杨秀木Explorationandpracticeofteachingreformofnurses'humanisticcultivation"curriculumideologyandpolitics"ZHAOLong,LIUJinxiu,ZHANGYanfang,MAMengwei,WANGXi,YANGXiumu(SchoolofNursing,BengbuMedicalCollege,Anhui233030China)AbstractObjective:Toexplorethemethodandeffectoftheteachingreformof"curriculumideologyandpolitics"fornurses'humanisticcultivation.Methods:Atotalof238undergraduatesmajoringinnursinginamedicalcollegein2022wereselectedastheresearchobjects,combiningprofessionalknowledgewithideologicalandpoliticalelements,taking"integration"asthestartingpointintheoreticalteaching,"guidance"asthefocusinexperimentalteaching,and"practice"asthefootholdinthepracticeofthesecondclass.Theevaluationofcourseresultsiscarriedoutbythecombinationofprocessevaluationandfinalevaluation.Afterthecourseteaching,theteachingreformeffectisevaluatedbytheteachingquestionnaireof"curriculumideologyandpolitics"andtheevaluationformoftheapplicationeffectofsituationalsimulationteachingmethod.Results:Amongthe5dimensionsoftheteachingquestionnaireof"curriculumIdeologyandpolitics"ofnursingundergraduateprofessionalcourses,thehighestscorewasthegoalconceptdimension(4.827±0.193).90.8%ofnursingstudentsbelievedthatthesituationalsimulationteachingmethodcouldguidethemtoapplytheoreticalknowledgetopracticalscenes,92.0%ofnursingstudentsbelievedthatthesituationalsimulationteachingmethodintheexperimentalclassinvigoratedtheclassroomatmosphere,and90.3%ofnursingstudentsbelievedthatthesituationalsimulationteachingformprovidedopportunitiesforself-presentation.Accordingtotheself-evaluationofteachers,theorganizationalformofscenariosimulationandsecondclassroompracticeneedstobefurtherimproved.Conclusion:Theteachingreformofnurses'humanisticcultivation"curriculumideologicalandpolitical"integratesprofessionalknowledgeandideologicalandpoliticalelements,enrichesteachingresourcesandmethods,andstrengthensstudents'a...
