临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第7期PredictivevalueofLDHandCK-MBfortheseverityofneonatalrespiratorydistresssyndromeZHAOYingxue,JIANGXiaohong*(ChaohuHospitalofAnhuiMedicalUniversity,Hefei230000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToinvestigatethepredictivevalueoflactatedehydrogenase(LDH)andMBisoenzymeofcreatininekinase(CK-MB)fortheseverityofneonatalrespiratorydistresssyndrome(NRDS).MethodsAccordingtothechestX-rayfindings,113casesofNRDSweredividedintomildgroup(n=40),moderategroup(n=41)andseveregroup(n=32).Thegeneraldataandlaboratoryindexeslevelsofthethreegroupswerecompared,andthepredictiveefficacyofserumLDH,CK-MBandtheircombinationonsevereNRDSwereanalyzed.ResultsTheLDHlevelofthethreegroupswasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05),andtheLDHlevelgraduallyincreasedwiththeaggravationofthedisease.ThelevelofCK-MBintheseveregroupwashigherthanthatinthemoderategroupandthemildgroup(P<0.05).Theareaundercurve(AUC)ofLDHcombinedwithCK-MBinpredictingsevereNRDSwasthelargest,whichwas0.862.ConclusionThelevelsofserumLDHandCK-MBincreasegraduallywiththeaggravationofNRDSandtheycanbeusedasbiologicalindicatorstoevaluatetheseverityofNRDS.ThecombinationofthetwohadhigherpredictivevalueforsevereNRDS.KEYWORDS:lactatedehydrogenase;MBisoenzymeofcreatininekinase;neonatalrespiratorydistresssyndromeLDH、CK-MB对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征严重程度的预测价值赵盈雪，蒋晓宏*（安徽医科大学附属巢湖医院，安徽合肥，230000）摘要：目的探讨血清乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征（NRDS）严重程度的预测价值。方法按照胸片表现将113例NRDS分为轻度组（n=40）、中度组（n=41）、重度组（n=32）。比较三组的一般资料、实验室指标水平，并分析血清LDH、CK-MB及二者联合对重度NRDS的预测效能。结果三组的LDH水平比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），且LDH水平随病情加重呈逐渐升高趋势。重度组的CK-MB水平高于中度组及轻度组（P<0.05）。LDH联合CK-MB预测重度NRDS的曲线下面积（AUC）最大，为0.862。结论血清LDH、CK-MB水平随NRDS患儿病情加重而呈逐渐升高趋势，可作为评估NRDS严重程度的生物学指标，两者联合对重度NRDS的预测价值更高。关键词：乳酸脱氢酶；...
