基金项目:2020年度韶关市科技计划项目(社会发展与农业农村科技方向)(高等院校科研项目)(编号:200810224537618)收稿日期:2022-08-22X射线透射选矿技术在崇义县某钨矿的试验研究*冯伯翰,武秀琪,张艳(广东松山职业技术学院,广东韶关512126)摘要:为提高钨矿资源选矿效率,某钨矿使用X射线透射智能选矿设备对原矿进行多粒级预选抛废试验。首先分析了该钨矿的矿石性质和X射线透射技术的选矿原理,根据不同种类的矿石对X射线透射率的差异建立矿石分选机制。然后基于预选抛废初试验结果对设备进行调试,保证废石与有用矿石的区分,并进行随机取样的预选抛废试验和选矿工艺流程改造。最后参考实际生产数据,对X射线透射技术的应用进行经济效益和社会效益分析。试验结果显示,原矿28~35mm粒级,钨矿回收率达87.62%;原矿35~45mm粒级,钨矿回收率达91.30%;原矿48~120mm粒级,钨矿回收率达97.15%。实践表明,X射线透射选矿技术提高了钨矿的抛废率和回收率,稳定了矿石品位,减少了钨矿的浪费和人工成本,取得了良好的经济、环境效益。关键词:X射线透射选矿技术;钨矿预选;废石抛分中图分类号:TD864文献标志码:A文章编号:1009-9492(2023)02-0098-04ExperimentalStudyonX-rayTransmissionBeneficiationTechnologyinaTungstenMineinChongyiCountyFengBohan,WuXiuqi,ZhangYan(GuangdongSongshanPolytechnicCollege,Shaoguan,Guangdong515126,China)Abstract:Inordertoimprovethebeneficiationefficiencyoftungstenoreresources,theX-raytransmissionintelligentbeneficiationequipmentwasusedtocarryoutmulti-particlepre-separationandwastedisposaltestonraworeinatungstenmine.Firstly,theorepropertiesofthetungstenmineandthebeneficiationprincipleofX-raytransmissiontechnologywereanalyzed,andtheoreseparationmechanismwasestablishedaccordingtothedifferenceofX-raytransmittanceofdifferentkindsofores.Secondly,basedonthepreliminarytestresultsofpre-separationandwastedisposal,theequipmentwasdebugedtoensurethedistinctionbetweenwasterockandusefulore,andthepre-separationandwastedisposaltestwithrandomsamplingandthetransformationofbeneficiationprocessflowwerecarriedout.Finally,withreferencetotheactualproductiondata,theeconomicandsocialbenefitsoftheapplicationofX-raytransmissiontechnologywe...
