Vol.31 No.3 Jun.，2023矿产勘查与资源评价386Ar-Ar Dating of Sericite from Aqiyin Gold Deposit in the West Section of East Kunlun and Its Geological SignificanceLIU Zhigang，ZHANG Aikui，LIU Yongle，ZHANG Yong，HE Shuyue，SUN FeifeiThe Third Institute of Qinghai Geological Prospecting，Xining 810029，Qinghai，ChinaAbstract：The East Kunlun metallogenic belt is an important gold and other metal metallogenic belt in Qinghai Province，but it is mostly concentrated in the eastern part of the East Kunlun.The western part of the East Kunlun not only has a small number of deposits，but also has a small scale of ore deposits.Meanwhile，the research on the genesis of the deposits is weak and the prospecting potential is unknown，which become the bottleneck restricting the breakthrough of gold prospecting in the western part of the East Kunlun.The discovery of Aqiyin gold ore deposit can not only enrich the types of gold deposit in the East Kunlun metallogenic belt，but also have important scientific research value to improve the understanding of gold mineralization rules in the western part of the East Kunlun.The Aqiyin gold deposit is located in the western part of the East Kunlun metallogenic belt，which is a structural ore-control gold deposit occurred in porphyritic quartz monzonite.In order to determine the metallogenic age of the gold deposit，the 40Ar-39Ar age test of sericite in the altered granite-porphyry related to gold mineralization was carried out，and the weighted average ages of sericite are（263.24.5）Ma and（268.79.7）Ma，respectively.The results show that the main ore-forming age of the Aqiyin gold deposit is the Middle Permian，which is of great significance for further understanding of the genetic mechanism and geodynamic background and regional gold exploration of the gold deposit in the western part of East Kunlun.Meanwhile，enough attention should be paid to whether there is a Middle Permian gold deposit in the East Kunlun area.Key words：sericite；Ar-Ar dating；metallogenic epoch；Middle Permian；Aqiyin gold deposit；East Kunlun中国矿产地质志 金矿卷 通过评审验收据7月14日报道，由中国地质科学院矿产资源研究所（以下简称“资源所”）研究员王登红主编的中国矿产地质志 系列成果之 中国矿产地质志 金矿卷（以下简称 金矿卷）通过评审验收。金矿卷 是我国第一部在全国层面上系统反映金矿资源状况、勘查成果、矿床地质特征、成矿规律及相关研究成果的专业志书。全书220多万字，分上、中、下3篇共16章。其中，上篇概述了金的性质、用途，国内外金资源的禀赋特征，我国金矿勘查研究史、开发利用状况等；中篇分西北、华北等六大区简述了金矿资源概况，对177个典型金矿床按发现与勘查简史、区域地质背景、矿床地质特征、矿床成矿机理、成矿预测与找矿方向等6个主要方面分别进行介绍；下篇从金矿的类型、空间分布规律、时间分布规律、地球化学和成矿预测等方面进行了综合性介绍和研究总结。另外，该书首次按照成矿系列理论编制了涵盖5 300多处矿产地的全国金矿成矿规律图（1 500万），实现了金矿矿产地的全覆盖。专家组认为，金矿卷 及其成矿规律图总结研究基础资料扎实、可靠，全面系统介绍了我国金矿资源全貌，内容丰富、重点突出、论述有据，在金矿成矿理论和区域成矿规律研究方面有深度、有创新，是我国近年来第一部对金矿综合研究的最全面、最系统、最深入的专业志书，将我国黄金地质研究提升到一个新的水平，对新一轮找矿突破战略行动的实施具有重要意义。（来源：中国矿业报）
