52第2卷第6期2023年3月Vol.2No.6Mar.2023科技与健康TechnologyandHealth阿替卡因肾上腺素注射液在儿童牙体牙髓无痛治疗中的应用价值分析周则辛（贵州省职工医院，贵州贵阳550025）摘要：为分析在儿童牙体牙髓无痛治疗中应用阿替卡因肾上腺素注射液的实施效果，本研究根据纳入与排除标准，选择2020年1月—2023年2月贵州省职工医院收治的60例儿童牙体牙髓病患儿为研究样本。按照随机数表法将其分为对照组、研究组，每组各30例患儿，对照组给予利多卡因治疗，研究组通过阿替卡因肾上腺素注射液进行干预。结果显示，研究组患儿麻醉及手术阶段疼痛评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；与对照组患儿的麻醉总有效率相比，研究组患儿麻醉总有效率较高（P＜0.05）；研究组患儿不良反应发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患儿血压及心率指标状况得到有效改善，且麻醉后指标研究组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究表明，阿替卡因肾上腺素注射液麻醉效果好，实施价值高，对疼痛抑制具有积极意义，可以实现最佳麻醉效果，值得推广。关键词：儿童牙体牙髓病；阿替卡因肾上腺素注射液；疼痛评分；不良反应中图分类号：R781.3文献标识码：AAnalysisoftheApplicationValueofArticaineAdrenalineInjectioninPainlessTreatmentofTeethandPulpinChildrenZHOUZexin(GuizhouProvincialStaffHospital,Guiyang,Guizhou550025)Abstract:Analyzetheimplementationeffectofarticaineadrenalineinjectioninpainlesstreatmentofchildren’steethandpulp.Thisstudyselected60childrenwithdentalpulpdiseaseadmittedtoGuizhouProvincialStaffHospitalfromJanuary2020toFebruary2023asthestudysamplesaccordingtotheinclusionandexclusioncriteria.Accordingtothemethodofrandomnumbertable,theyweredividedintoacontrolgroupandastudygroup,with30childrenineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithlidocaine,andthestudygroupwasintervenedthroughthetreatmentschemeofarticaineadrenalineinjection.Theresultsshowedthatthepainscoresduringanesthesiaandsurgeryinthestudygroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05);Comparedwiththetotaleffectiverateofanesthesiainthecontrolgroup,thetotaleffectiverateofanesthesiainthestudygroupwashigher(P<0.05);Theproportionofadversereactionsinthestudygroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05);Thebloodpr...
