0【指示性摘要】近十年,以PD-1/PD-L1阻断剂为代表的针对免疫检查点的免疫治疗已经成为许多恶性肿瘤治疗模式的重要组成部分,免疫检查点抑制剂被证明可以使肿瘤患者的失能T细胞恢复活力,从而使肿瘤获得较长的缓解。在取得较好的疗效同时,PD-1/PD-L1免疫治疗在实体恶性肿瘤中的阻断效果仍存在不足,这可能与复杂的肿瘤微环境有关。作为肿瘤微环境中重要的免疫细胞,Tregs和Th17细胞被证明参与了肿瘤的发展。目前,PD-1/PD-L1通路、Tregs与Th17细胞之间的复杂关系尚未完全阐明。本文就PD-1/PD-L1通路、Tregs与Th17细胞的相互作用机制进行综述,以期为今后的肿瘤治疗提供新的思路。【关键词】肿瘤;PD-1/PD-L1;Th17;Tregs【中图分类号】R730.51【文献标识码】AD0I:10.3969/j.issn.1672-4992.2023.18.035【文章编号】16 of tumor treatment strategy in the past decade.The blocking of PD-1/PD-L1 signaling pathwayrelieves the inhibition of PD-1 pathway on T cells,promotes the attack of activated T cells on tumor cells,and hasadvantages in prolonging the remission period of tumor.PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy is effective in the treatment ofsolid malignant tumor,but it also has some shortcomings,which is related to the complexity of tumor microenviron-ment.Tregs and Th17 cells play an important role in tumor microenvironment and are closely related to the occurrenceand development of tumors.However,the complicated relationship between PD-1/PD-L1 pathway,Tregs,and Th17cells has not been fully clarified.Here,we summarized the immunoregulation mechanisms and discussed the crosstalkin PD-1/PD-L1
