第41卷第4期2023年8月四川农业大学学报JournalofSichuanAgriculturalUniversityVol.41No.4Aug.2023SMF2和T39代谢产物对国槐根茎腐烂病致病镰刀菌的抑菌活性赵晓彤,王桂清*(聊城大学农学与农业工程学院,山东聊城252000)摘要:【目的】研究长枝木霉SMF2和哈茨木霉T39的不同培养液和培养时间的代谢产物和不同有机溶剂的萃取物对镰刀菌的抑菌活性,明确SMF2和T39抑菌活性物质的培养条件和提取方法。【方法】以引起国槐根茎腐烂病的尖孢镰刀菌(Fusariumoxysporum)、腐皮镰刀菌(F.solani)、多隔镰刀菌(F.decemcellulare)、木贼镰刀菌(F.equiseti)和F.keratoplasticum为靶标,采用菌丝生长速率法测定抑制率及毒力。【结果】SMF2和T39的PD培养液对尖孢镰刀菌的抑制作用最强;以WBM为营养基质、培养5d的SMF2培养液,以PD营养基质、培养7d的T39培养液,抑菌效果最优;正丁醇为SMF2和T39的抑菌活性物质的最佳提取溶剂,分步提取法正丁醇提取物对尖孢镰刀菌的抑菌效果良好,EC50仅为187.39和193.60mg/L。【结论】SMF2和T39对镰刀菌具有较强的抑制效果;优化了木霉抑菌活性物质的营养条件和培养时间。关键词:长枝木霉SMF2;哈茨木霉T39;镰刀菌;培养液;抑菌活性中图分类号:S476.1文献标志码:A文章编号:1000-2650(2023)04-0658-07BacteriostaticActivityofMetabolitesSMF2andT39againstPathogenicFusariumofRootRotDiseaseonSophorajaponicaZHAOXiaotong,WANGGuiqing*(AgriculturalScienceandEngineeringSchool,LiaochengUniversity,Liaocheng252000,Shandong,China)Abstract:【Objective】Thispaperwasconductedtostudytheantibacterialactivitiesofmetabolitesofdif⁃ferentculturemediaandincubationtimesofTrichodermalongibrachiatumSMF2andT.harzianumT39andextractsofdifferentorganicsolventsonFusarium,andtoclarifythecultureconditionsandextractionmethodsofSMF2andT39bacteriostaticactivesubstances.【Method】Fusariumoxysporum,F.Solani,F.decemcellulare,F.equisetiandF.Keratomoplasticum,whichcausedrootrotdiseaseonSophoraja⁃ponicaLinnwereusedasthetesttarget,andtheinhibitionrateandvirulenceweredeterminedbymyce⁃lialgrowthratemethod.【Result】TheresultsshowedthatthePDculturemediumofSMF2andT39hadthestrongestinhibitoryeffectagainstF.oxysporum.SMF2culturemediumwithWBMasnutrientmatrix...
