SCIENCE&TECHNOLOGYINFORMATION科技资讯工业与技术2023NO.16SCIENCE&TECHNOLOGYINFORMATION科技资讯CAE/CAD技术在塑料模具设计中的应用赵锦(西安工商学院陕西西安710200)摘要:在工业生产过程中,模具是不可缺少的工艺装备。伴随着汽车、仪器仪表、电子、航空及日用品工业的高速发展,塑料制品需求量持续增长,且对模具的设计与质量要求也日益严格。因塑料模具品种相对较多,且更新速度快,单件小批量生产特征明显,传统模具设计模式已经难以迎合工业实际生产所需,在模具设计中引入软件技术已经成为模具行业发展的必然趋势。其中,CAD/CAE技术是一种典型的计算机辅助工具,可有效地设计与优化塑料制品的产品开发、模具结构、工艺成型等各个环节,可对塑料模具设计周期进行有效缩短,强化产品品质,有效地降低生产成本投入,从而获取最大化的经济效益。对此,该研究重点对CAE/CAD技术在塑料模具设计中的应用实践进行了分析与研究。关键词:塑料模具CAD/CAE技术设计实例中图分类号:TQ320.52文献标识码:A文章编号:1672-3791(2023)16-0112-04ApplicationofCAE/CADTechnologyinPlasticMoldDesigZHAOJin(Xi'anTechnologyandBusinessCollege,Xi'an,ShaanxiProvince,710200China)Abstract:Intheprocessofindustrialproduction,moldsareindispensabletechnologicalequipment.Withtherapiddevelopmentofautomobile,instrumentation,electronic,aviationandcommodityindustries,thedemandforplasticproductscontinuestogrow,andtherequirementsformolddesignandqualityareincreasinglystrict.Duetotherelativelylargevariety,therapidupdatingspeedandtheobviouscharacteristicsofsingle-piecesmall-batchpro‐ductionofplasticmolds,thetraditionalmolddesignmodehasbeendifficulttomeettheneedsofactualindustrialproduction,andtheintroductionofsoftwaretechnologyintomolddesignhasbecomeaninevitabletrendofthedevelopmentofthemoldindustry.Amongthem,CAD/CAEtechnologyisatypicalcomputer-aidedtool,anditcaneffectivelydesignandoptimizetheproductdevelopment,moldstructure,processmoldingandotherlinksofplasticproducts,effectivelyshortenthecycleofplasticmolddesign,strengthenproductqualityandeffectivelyre‐duceproductioncostinput,soastoobtainmaximumeconomicbenefits.Inthisregard,thisstudyfocusesontheanalysisandresearchofthe...
