临床医学研究与实践2023年9月第8卷第26期EffectsofPDCAcyclemanagementoncognitionstatus,compliance,psychologicalresilienceandqualityoflifeinpatientswithduodenalulcerHUIXiaoyan,SUNXiaoqing*(People'sHospitalofTongchuan,Tongchuan727000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheeffectsofPDCAcyclemanagementoncognitionstatus,compliance,psychologicalresilienceandqualityoflifeinpatientswithduodenalulcer.MethodsAtotalof122patientswithduodenalulceradmittedinourhospitalfromDecember2020toOctober2021wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Accordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod,thepatientsweredividedintocontrolgroup(61cases,routinenursing)andobservationgroup(61cases,routinenursing+PDCAcyclemanagement).Thenursingeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsThetotaleffectiverateofnursingintheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afternursing,thelevelsofalbumin(ALB),prealbumin(PAB)andtransferrin(TRF)inthetwogroupsincreased,andthoseintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afternursing,thescoresofcognitionstatusandcomplianceinthetwogroupsincreased,andthoseintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afternursing,thescoresofConnor-DavidsonResilienceScale(CD-RISC),NewcastleSatisfactionwithNursingScale(NSNS)andtheMOS36-ItemShortFormHealthSurvey(SF-36)inthetwogroupsincreased,andthoseintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionPDCAcyclemanagementmethodappliedinpatientswithduodenalulcerhasasignificanteffect,whichcaneffectivelyimprovethenutritionalstatus,cognitivestatus,complianceandpsychologicalresilienceofpatients,andimprovetheirnursingsatisfactionandqualityoflife.KEYWORDS:PDCAcyclemanagement;duodenalulcer;psychologicalresilience;qualityoflifePDCA循环管理法对十二指肠溃疡患者认知情况、依从性、心理弹性及生活质量的影响惠筱燕，孙小青*（铜川市人民医院，陕西铜川，727000）摘要：目的探讨PDCA循环管理法对十二指肠溃疡患者认知情况、依从性、心理弹性及生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年12月至2021年10月我院收治的122例十二指肠溃疡患者为研究对象，按照随...
