临床医学研究与实践2023年9月第8卷第26期ApplicationeffectofPBLcombinedwithscenariosimulationteachingmodeinpediatricsteachingofinternationalstudentsincountriesalong"栽heBeltandRoad"FANShujuan1,XIAOMi1,XIANGJunxi2*,AITing1,LIULi1,ZHOUXihui1(1.PediatricsDepartment;2.SurgeryDepartment,theFirstAffiliatedHospitalofXi'anJiaotongUniversity,Xi'an710061,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationeffectofproblem-basedlearning(PBL)combinedwithscenariosimulationteachingmodeinpediatricsteachingofinternationalstudentsincountriesalong"TheBeltandRoad".MethodsFromSeptembertoDecember2020,185internationalmedicalstudentsofgrade2013(89students)andgrade2014(96students)intheXi'anJiaotongUniversityHealthScienceCenterwhoparticipatedinpediatricscoursesandexaminationswereselectedastheresearchobjects.Theinternationalstudentsofgrade2013wereusedasthecontrolgroup,andtheinternationalstudentsofgrade2014wereusedastheexperimentalgroup.Thecontrolgroupadoptedthetraditionalteachingmode,andtheexperimentalgroupadoptedthePBLcombinedscenariosimulationteachingmode.Theclassroomteachingeffect,doctor-patientcommunicationskillsandfinalexaminationresultsofpediatricswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsTheclassroomatmosphere,participation,teacher-studentcommunicationscoresandtotalscoreoftheexperimentalgroupwerehigherthanthoseofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Thecommunicationinitiation,informationcollection,understandingscoresandtotalscoreintheexperimentalgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Thefinalexaminationresultsandyieldrateofpediatricsintheexperimentalgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionPBLcombinedwithscenariosimulationteachingmodeisconducivetooptimizingclassroomlearningatmosphere,strengtheningcommunicationabilityofstudents,continuouslyimprovingtheteachingeffectofpediatricsofinternationalstudents,andbetterserving"TheBeltandRoad"initiative.KEYWORDS:pediatrics;internationalstudent;TheBeltandRoad;problem-basedlearning;scenariosimulationteachingmodePBL联合情景模拟教学模式在“一...
