27学术论文May.2023Evaluation&Management2023年5月Vol.21No.2与理评管价第2期产学合作协同育人的校企选择机制与提升对策叶余建（杭州电子科技大学管理学院，浙江杭州310018)【摘要】产学合作协同育人项目推动校企资源共享，更能提高人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧的对接率。本文利用三年立项数据，分析了不同类型高校和企业在协同项目与合作伙伴选择上的差异。研究结果表明：匹配机制的主要特征是需求导向、优势互补和强强联合；不同类型的高校在项目的选择上存在显著差异；战略性新兴产业对工程科技人才的需求旺盛。为进一步促进我国产学合作协同育人项目深入推进，本文从构建引导机制、激励机制、匹配机制和管理机制四个方面提出了相应对策建议。【关键词】产学合作；协同育人；选择机制ResearchontheSelectionMechanismandCountermeasuresofIndustry-universityCooperationTalentEducationYeYujian(SchoolofManagement,HangzhouDianziUniversity,ZhejiangHangzhou,310018)[Abstract]Theindustry-universitycooperationcollaborativetalenteducationprojectpromotedtheresourcesharingandimprovedthecooperationbetweenthebothsides.Thispaperusedtheprojectdatafrom2016to2018toanalyzetheselectionmodelofuniversitiesandenterprises.Theresearchresultsshowthat:(1)thecooperationwasdemand-oriented,complementaryadvantagesandstrongalliances.(2)selectiontypesweredifferentamonguniversities.Researchuniversitiespaymoreattentiontothereformofteachingcontent,;(3)Strategicemergingindustrieshaveastrongdemandforengineeringscientificandtechnologicaltalents.Inordertofurtherpromotethecooperativeeducationproject,thisarticleputforwardcorrespondingcountermeasuresandsuggestionswhichfocusedontheguideandpushingsystem,matchingandmanagementmechanism.[KeywordsIIndustry-universitycooperation;Collaborativetalenteducation;Selectionmechanism学校和企业作为产学协同中的重要要素，其合作关系的建立是产学协同的第一环，也是具有关键作用的一环。教育部高等教育司自2017年起开始面向社会收集产学协同项目，支持高校企业共同开展产学合作协同育人项目。该项目以“产学合作、创新创业、促进教改、协同育人”为宗旨，通过汇聚企业资源，征集校企合作项目，搭建校企对接平台网站，为双方积极展开合作创造了便利条件。开展产学...
