机械设计与制造130MachineryDesign&Manufacture第8期2023年8月不同工况下RV减速器的传动效率试验分析古莹奎,黄浩,林忠海(江西理工大学机电工程学院,江西赣州341000)摘要:为提高不同工况下RV减速器的传动效率,通过单因素试验研究RV减速器负载相关损耗和负载无关损耗及对总功率损耗的影响。以RV减速器的传动效率为响应值,基于响应面法进行传递效率影响因素分析。分析及实验结果表明,负载无关损耗随着温度的升高和转速的降低而减少,负载相关损耗随着负载、转速和温度的升高而增加;随着输入转速的提高负载无关损耗在总功率损耗的占比增大,温度升高使负载损耗占比减小;在低负载工况下传动效率随转速增高而降低,在较高负载工况下,传动效率先升高后降低并趋于平稳;较高温度时传动效率随着负载扭矩的增加先升高后降低,负载和温度对RV减速器传动效率有显著性影响,转速对效率无显著性影响。关键词:RV减速器;传动效率;功率损耗;单因素试验;响应面分析中图分类号:TH16;TH132.46(SchoolofMechanicalandElectronicalEngineering,JiangxiUniversityofScienceandTechnology,Abstract:InordertoimprovethetransmissionefficiencyofRVreducerunderdifferentworkingconditions,theloaddependentlossandloadindependentlossofRVReducerandtheirinfluenceontotalpowerlossarestudiedbysinglefactortest.Takingthetrans-missionefficiencyofRVreducerastheresponsevalue,theinfluencingfactorsoftransmissionefficiencywereanalyzedbasedonre-sponsesurfacemethod.Theanalysisandexperimentalresultsshowthattheloadindependentlossdecreaseswiththeincreaseoftem-peratureandthedecreaseofspeed,andtheloaddependentlossincreaseswiththeincreaseofload,speedandtemperature.Withtheincreaseofinputspeed,theproportionofloadindependentlossintotalpowerlossincreases,whiletheproportionofloadlossdecreas-eswiththeincreaseoftemperature.Underlowloadcondition,thetransmissionefficiencydecreaseswiththeincreaseofspeed.Underhighloadcondition,thetransmissionefficiencyfirstincreasesandthendecreasesandtendstobestable.Whenthetemperatureishigher,thetransmissionefficiencyfirstincreasesandthendecreaseswiththeincreaseofloadtorque.TheloadandtemperaturehaveasignificanteffectonthetransmssionefficiencyofRVreducer,butthesp...
