116报中中中2023年第2期教育教学研究RcsearchonEducatonandTeachingCBE视域下法律文书课程教学创新研究与实践以贵州警察学院为例任晓宏,杨天勇,赵雅蕊(贵州警察学院,贵州贵阳550005)摘要:法律文书写作课程具有较强的综合性与实践性,在支撑法学专业培养目标,帮助学生提升整合法学知识、解决复杂实务问题等法律职业能力方面起着非常重要的作用。现实中教师与学生对该课程存在认识不到位、课程教学内容固化、教学模式与方法不适应社会需求、考核方式方法不到位等问题。为解决这些问题,引入以能力为本位的CBE职业教育理念,对该课程以法律岗位要求设计课程目标,以能力为导向构建模块化、项目化的教学内容,实行“三段六环节”任务驱动教学模式,建立起多元化、过程化、能力化的考核体系等改革。关键词:法律文书课程;教学创新;CBE职业教育ResearchandPracticeofTeachingInnovationofLegalDocumentsCourseunderthePerspectiveofCBE:TakeGuizhouPoliceAcademyasanExampleRenXiaohong,YangTianyong,ZhaoYarui(GuizhouPoliceCollege,Guiyang550005,China)Abstract:Thecourseoflegaldocumentwritinghasastrongcomprehensiveandpracticalnature,andplaysaveryimportantroleinsupportingthetrainingobjectivesoflawmajorsandhelpingstudentstoimprovetheirlegalprofessionalabilityofintegratinglegalknowledgeandsolvingcomplexpracticalproblems.Inreality,teachersandstudentsdonothaveagoodunderstandingofthecourse,thecourseteachingcontentissolidified,theteachingmodeandmethoddonotmeettheneedsofsociety,andtheassessmentmethodsarenotinplace.Inordertosolvetheseproblems,weintroducetheCBEvocationaleducationconceptbasedoncompetence,designthecourseobjectivesbasedontherequirementsoflegalpositions,buildmodularizedandproject-orientedteachingcontents,implementthe"threesegmentsandsixlinks"task-driventeachingmode,andestablishadiversified,process-orientedandcompetence-basedassessmentsystemandotherreforms.Thecoursehasbeenreformedbyimplementingthe"three-stageandsix-stage"task-driventeachingmodel,establishingadiversified,process-orientedandcompetence-basedassessmentsystem.Keywords:legalclerkshipcourse;pedagogicalinnovation;CBEvocationaleducation中图分类号:G420文献标识码:A文章编号:209...
