500kVGIS断路器灭弧室放电分析与处理可翀,刘星伟,李威,焦海龙,赵胜男(国网河南省电力公司超高压公司,郑州450000)摘要:文中介绍一起500kVGIS断路器故障分析案例,经现场检查、设备解体发现灭弧室内部动侧屏蔽罩与正下方壳体间形成放电通道,壳体内表面碳化部位存在烧蚀颗粒,通过开展壳体内壁附着金属颗粒情况下的电场仿真,判断断路器内部存在异物导致本次放电。为探究放电异物来源,对烧蚀物进行电镜扫描(SEM)并结合断路器分闸时断口位置的流体仿真,判定放电异物来源为动主触头镀银层脱落的可能性较小,在断路器分合操作和电磁场的作用下,厂内装配及机械试验过程中存留金属碎片移动至绝缘薄弱位置是导致放电的主要原因。针对设备结构、出厂试验、例行检测提出相应的预防措施,为相关设备的运行维护提供经验借鉴。关键词:解体检查;屏蔽罩;电镜扫描;流体仿真;金属碎片AnalysisandTreatmentofDischargeinInterrupterof500kVGISCircuitBreakerKEChong,LIUXingwei,LIWei,JIAOHailong,ZHAOShengnan(StateGridHenanExtraHighVoltageCompany,Zhengzhou450000,China)Abstract:Thispaperintroducesafaultanalysiscaseof500kVGIScircuitbreaker.Throughon⁃siteinspectionandequipmentdisassembly,itwasdiscoveredthatadischargechannelformedbetweenthemovingsideshieldinsidethearcextinguishingchamberandthecasingdirectlybelowit.Theinnersurfaceofthecasingwascarbonized,withsignsofablatedparticles.Byconductingelectricfieldsimulationswithmetalparticlesattachedtotheinnerwallofthecas⁃ing,itwasdeterminedthataforeignobjectwithinthecircuitbreakercausedthedischarge.Toinvestigatethesourceofthedischarge⁃causingforeignobject,ascanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)examinationoftheablatedmaterialwascarriedout.Combinedwiththefluidsimulationofthebreaker’sdisconnectionpositionwhenittrips,itwasdeter⁃minedthatthepossibilityofthedischarge⁃causingforeignobjectoriginatingfromthedetachmentofthesilver⁃platedlayeronthemovingmaincontactisrelativelylow.Themaincauseofthedischargewasdeterminedtobemetalfrag⁃mentsleftoverfromfactoryassemblyandmechanicaltesting,whichmovedtoapositionofweakinsulationundertheeffectofcircuitbreakeroperationandtheelectromagneticfield.Preventi...
