Vol．22No．1Mar．2023第22卷第1期2023年3月浙江工商职业技术学院学报JournalofZhejiangBusinessTechnologyInstitute1问题的提出2016年3月，德勤事务所与KiraSystem首先联手利用人工智能推出德勤财务机器人，同年5月，普华永道也推出机器人流程自动化解决方案，使用智能方式完成了操作规范、重复性强的会计工作，智能机器人的上线使得人工从这类繁杂重复的会计基础工作中解脱出来。至于我国的会计信息化，理论界有研究认为，自1979年财政部在长春第一汽车制造厂启动会计电算化试点工作以来，我国会计信息化发展已经历了会计电算化、会计信息化（狭义）和会计智能化三个阶段[1]，如今正向会计智能化聚焦转型。以“大智移云物区”为代表的网络信息技术突破与融合发展为会计智能化发展提供了技术保障和支持，也为财务管理工作打开了巨大的智能化想象空间[2]。目前，智能财务管理在高校的应用现状是：高校会计电算化、财务信息化建设已基本实现全覆盖，部分财务信息化建设走在前列的高校还利用互联网技术在校内建成一个独立财务信息局域网络，将搭建的收费、报账和审批平台系统与外网互联互通，实现了网银缴费、业财融合[3]、线上负责人审批及线上财务审核等功能，这些功能的实现为高校财DesignandPracticeofIntelligentFinancialManagementSysteminCollegesandUniversitiesDINGHua-zhi（LiaodongCollege，Dandong118001，China）Abstract：NowadaysthedevelopmentofaccountinginformatizationinChinaisturningtoaccountingintelligence.Thebreakthroughandintegrateddevelopmentofnetworkinformationtechnologyrepresentedby“BigSmartCloudArea”providestechnicalsupportandsupportforthedevelopmentofaccountingintelligence.Collegesanduniver-sitiesarenoexceptionandtheyareusingvariousinformationtechnologiestoconductschoolmanagementsuchasbuildingintelligentfinancialmanagementsystems.Thespecificconstructionofintelligentfinancialmanagementinaspecificschoolistakenasanexampletoanalyzetheneeds，challenges，andgoalsofbuildinganintelligentfinancialmanagementsysteminuniversitiesandexploretheimplementationpathandsafeguardmeasuresforbuildinganintelligentfinancialmanagementsysteminuniversities.Keywords：collegeanduniversity；intelligentfinance；systemconstruction；businessscenario浅析高校智能财务管理系统...
