《河南水利与南水北调》2023年第2期水生态文明水土保持监测技术在新罗区坪硿溪应用及评价陈希玲(福建省龙岩市新罗区农业农村局,福建龙岩364000)摘要:针对水土保持监测时水土监测的整体覆盖面较窄,导致监测数据量少、监测精度不足的问题,以新罗区坪硿溪为研究区域,提出一种水土保持监测技术。对研究区域的硿溪流域进行监测分区,划分各监测小区的边界线。布设水土保持监测点,结合多种方法监测水土保持措施质量,监测数据采集与处理,运用水土保持系统集成数据,统一管理不同数据源数据。经应用效果分析,文章方法的监测精度均在97%以上,满足流域内的监测精度要求,经文章监测对硿溪流域的综合效益进行分析,该流域水土流失面积减少14.84hm2,林草植被覆盖率提高0.9%,水土流失治理效果明显,为相关地区的水土流失治理提供参考和借鉴。关键词:新罗区;硿溪;水土保持;监测技术;数据处理;综合治理中图分类号:S157文献标识码:A文章编号:1673-8853(2023)02-0006-03ApplicationandEvaluationofSoilandWaterConservationMonitoringTechnologyinPingkongxi,XinluoDistrictCHENXiling(AgriculturalandRuralBureauofXinluoDistrict,LongyanCity,FujianProvince,Longyan364000,China)Abstract:Inviewoftheproblemthattheoverallcoverageofwaterandsoilmonitoringisrelativelynarrowduringthemonitoringofwaterandsoilconservation,whichleaadstolessmonitoringdataandinsufficientmonitoringaccuracy,amonitoringtechnologyforwaterandsoilconservationisproposedwithpingkongxiinXinluoDistrictastheresearcharea.TheKongxiRiverBasininthestudyareaisdividedintomonitoringzonesandtheboundarylinesofeachmonitoringzonearedivided.Setupwaterandsoilconservationmonitoringpoints,monitorthequalityofwaterandsoilconservationmeasureswithavarietyofmethods,collectandprocessmonitoringdata,integratedatawiththewaterandsoilconservationsystem,anduniformlymanagedatafromdifferentdatasources.Throughtheapplicationeffectanalysis,themonitoringaccuracyofthemethodinthispaperisabove97%,whichmeetsthemonitoringaccuracyrequirementsinthebasin.Throughthemonitoringinthispaper,thecomprehensivebenefitsofKongxibasinareanalyzed.Thewaterandsoillossareainthisbasinisreducedby14.84hm2,theforestandgrassvegetationcovera...
