临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第9期Effectsofdigitalstorytellingcombinedwithfamilycareoncancer-relatedfatigueandhopelevelinpostoperativechemotherapypatientswithbraingliomaMAOShuanxia,WANGLingping*(BaojiHigh-techHospital,Baoji721013,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationeffectofdigitalstorytellingcombinedwithfamilycareinpostoperativechemotherapypatientswithbrainglioma.MethodsAtotalof82postoperativechemotherapypatientswithbraingliomaadmittedfromJanuary2019toOctober2021wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Thepatientsweredividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupbyrandomnumbertablemethod,with41casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinenursingintervention,andtheobservationgroupwasgivendigitalstorytellingcombinedwithfamilycareonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Thecancer-relatedfatigue,hopelevelandoccurrenceoftoxicandsideeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAfterintervention,thescoresofeachdimensionofCancerFatigueScale(CFS)intheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afterintervention,thescoresofeachdimensionofHerthHopeIndexintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Thetotalincidenceoftoxicandsideeffectsintheobservationgroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionDigitalstorytellingcombinedwithfamilycarecannotonlyimprovethecancer-relatedfatigueofpostoperativechemotherapypatientswithbrainglioma,butalsoimprovetheirhopelevel,reducethetoxicandsideeffectscausedbychemotherapy.Itisworthofclinicalpromotionandapplication.KEYWORDS:digitalstorytelling;familycare;brainglioma;chemotherapy;cancer-relatedfatigue;hopelevel数字化故事叙述结合亲情式关怀对脑胶质瘤术后化疗患者癌因性疲乏及希望水平的影响毛拴霞，王玲萍*（宝鸡高新医院，陕西宝鸡，721013）摘要：目的探讨数字化故事叙述结合亲情式关怀在脑胶质瘤术后化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年10月收治的82例脑胶质瘤术后化疗患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组，各41例。对照组接受常规护理干预，观察组在对照组基础上给予数字化故事叙述结合亲情式关怀。比较两组的...
