1232022年第9卷第11期实用妇科内分泌电子杂志•临床护理•舒适护理在剖宫产产妇手术中的应用效果钱佳丽（盐城市大丰中医院手术室，江苏盐城224100）【摘要】目的探讨舒适护理在剖宫产产妇手术中的应用效果。方法选取于本院行剖宫产手术的产妇55例为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为两组，普通护理组28例接受普通产科护理，舒适护理组27例在此基础上接受围手术期舒适护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果术前，两组的心率、收缩压、舒张压水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；术后，舒适护理组的心率、收缩压及舒张压水平均明显低于普通护理组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。术前1h，两组的疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；术后6、12、24h，舒适护理组的VAS评分分别为（5.12±0.34）、（4.60±0.17）、（2.48±0.16）分，均低于普通护理组的（5.80±0.71）、（5.31±0.22）、（3.15±0.24）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。在护理满意度方面，舒适护理组的100%明显高于普通护理组的78.6%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论剖宫产手术期间开展舒适护理能有效降低产妇应激反应，缓解术后疼痛，促进产后康复。【关键词】剖宫产；舒适护理；疼痛评分；满意度ApplicationeffectofcomfortablenursingincesareansectionQianJiali(OperatingRoom,DafengHospitalofTraditionalChineseMedicine,YanchengCity,Yancheng224100,China)【Abstract】ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationeffectofcomfortablenursingincesareansection.MethodsAtotalof55parturientswhounderwentcesareansectioninourhospitalwereselectedastheresearchobjects.Accordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod,theyweredividedintotwogroups.28casesingeneralnursinggroupreceivedgeneralobstetricnursing,27casesincomfortablenursinggroupreceivedperioperativecomfortablenursingonthisbasis.Thenursingeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsBeforeoperation,therewerenosignificantdifferencesinheartrate,systolicbloodpressureanddiastolicbloodpressurebetweenthetwogroups(P＞0.05);aftersurgery,theheartrate,systolicbloodpressureanddiastolicbloodpressureofthecomfortablenursinggroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseofthegeneralnursinggroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P＜0.05).At1hbeforeoperation,therewasnosignifi...
