临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第9期Effectsofimprovedposturenursingcombinedwithheatpreservationnursinginoperatingroomonpressuresoreandcomfortofpatientsundergoinglong-termlateralrecumbentpositionsurgeryLYULiang,MAJuan*(People'sHospitalofTongchuan,Tongchuan727000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheeffectsofimprovedposturenursingcombinedwithheatpreservationnursinginoperatingroomonpressuresoreandcomfortofpatientsundergoinglong-termlateralrecumbentpositionsurgery.MethodsFromJanuarytoDecember2020,200patientsundergoinglong-termlateralrecumbentpositionsurgeryinourhospitalwereselectedandrandomlydividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroup,with100casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwasgivenroutinenursinginterventioninoperatingroom,whiletheobservationgroupwasgivenimprovedposturenursingcombinedwithheatpreservationnursinginoperatingroomonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Theinterventioneffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsTheincidenceofhypothermiaduringoperationandtheincidenceofpressuresorewithin8hafteroperationintheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,therecoverytimeofpostoperativespontaneousrespirationandtherecoverytimeofpostoperativeanesthesiawereshorterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthescoreofGeneralComfortQuestionnaire(GCQ)washigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afteroperation,thelevelsofepinephrine(E),norepinephrine(NE),cortisol(COR),fibrinogen(FIB)andD-dimer(D-D)inthetwogroupswerehigherthanthosebeforeoperation,butthoseintheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afteroperation,thethrombintime(TT),prothrombintime(PT)andactivatedpartialthromboplastintime(APTT)ofthetwogroupswerelongerthanthosebeforeoperation,butthoseintheobservationgroupwereshorterthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionTheimprovedposturenursingcombinedwithheatpreservationnursinginoperatingroomcaneffectivelyreducetheincidenceofpressuresoreandhypothermiaofpatientsundergoinglong-termlateralrecumbentpositionsurgery,andimprovetheircomfort.KEYWORDS:operationroom;improvedposturenursing;heatp...
